Entirely true fun things to do during a raid, from a Sherpa.

    Posted: 27 Oct 2019 06:56 PM PDT

    • Tell your fireteam "I'll be right back I have to go eat" at the second encounter and be gone for 5-20 minutes.

    • Make sure your children are screaming in the background, this makes for a great laugh

    • Go through the entire raid, but when we get to the boss, inform the team that you have never done this encounter despite joining a strict "KWTD" group

    • Adding on to the last point, get to the boss and inform your team that you have to go, you didn't think we would get this far and you're out of time.

    • When your team says what they're going to use for DPS, I.E. Izanagi's burden +1 Divinity, use your Divinity anyways. (Bonus if you use Outbreak, they'll love this)

    • Argue with the raid team leader about the strategy you all are using. The rest of the team will find this hysterical.

    • Verbally abuse someone in your fireteam who died/messed up. This will create a really constructive environment.

    • Inside of a Sherpa raid, be sure to tell the Sherpa that you in fact will be doing what your last team did, instead of the method everyone else is using

Use all of these things to make your next raid incredibly fun.

My poor mate learned a hard lesson with Xur this weekend. ALWAYS buy what exoctics you don't have before you grab the fated engram.

Friend. 'Ohh I got Suros! is it good?'

    Me: *audible gasp*

    Friend: 'Wow! That good huh?'

Me: 'Did..did you buy Suros before your fated engram?'

    Friend: '.....Noooooooo!'

Found a Pike Dealership on the Moon last night!

    Posted: 27 Oct 2019 05:00 AM PDT

We were heading towards the Lost Sector in Harbor of Sorrows when we stumbled across this guy and his 16 perfectly-lined up Pikes. He was just hanging out, protecting them from wayward Nightmares and (possibly) jerk Guardians.

DeathKnight14241, we were the fireteam that all sent you heart emotes. Thank you for making our night!

EDIT: ok, I figured out how to make a highlight on Twitch here's the clip of us finding the pikes! I took screenshots on my PS4 so the screen goes blue a couple times, but not for long.

Can we never have a catalyst quest like Eriana's vow again..

    Posted: 27 Oct 2019 11:46 AM PDT

No weapon catalyst quest should be progressed by completions of activities where you aren't even required to use said weapon.

You should always be required to do things with the weapon such as get precision kills etc.. This catalyst quest is the worst design for quest progression imo... It's time wasting at its finest! It's time catalysts either come with the weapon, or have an interesting use of the weapon for acquiring them!

Edit - lots of comments about it not being that bad? Well it wasn't that good either? Don't you want a more satisfying grind?

Edit 2 - This is specifically targeting the quest portion not the Catalyst itself. Also while i like the deterministic approach of having a quest over RNG, It's been poorly implemented. While im in no rush to aquire the catalyst myself, I would prefer that future quests for obtaining them be carried out in a more interesting & meaningful way.

Edit 3 - off the top of my head if I had to quickly drum up a quest step to replace it. I would perhaps of had it so we had to kill 10 - 20 Champions in nightfall ordeals on any difficulty. Maybe having higher ones reward more progress? And you only have to tag them with the weapon. This would show the weapons strengths and capability of what it's good at doing.

I feel like the issues with the tower need to be talked about.

    Posted: 27 Oct 2019 08:22 PM PDT

The tower is a big area, but there is a lot of wasted NPC's and just overall missed opportunities with it. I'm putting everything I've noticed in this thread here.

    1. Factions, there are big areas of the tower specifically built for factions. They are completely useless and do not have any function. Factions brought more activity and life to the tower and I honestly cannot think of a good reason to remove them. Lately, I've been seeing lots of new light players wondering what those areas are for.
    2. The Hangar. It's only function is to house Amanda Holliday, occasionally xur, and originally Cayde-six, though he is dead and doesn't count. On the map for the tower, the whole tower is very populated. EXCEPT for the hangar. It's one of the biggest, most useless areas with plenty of room for other people.
    3. Useless NPC's. Amanda Holliday, whose job is the shipwright, only gives out basic ships/sparrows and quests for new light players. HER JOB IS THE SHIPWRIGHT, shouldn't she actually have better ships, maybe a ship engram? Along with her is Master Rahool, who I get helps open prime engrams. THAT IS IT. You can buy a random legendary engram from him if you want, but you cant choose what archetype you'll get like you could in the original destiny. Also, his buyable engram is capped at 750 power. You don't even need to open legendary or exotic engrams from him. Those are just opened immediately.
    4. Dance Party Keys. There are several areas in the tower where a prompt appears to use a dance party key. I have never found one of these keys and have never seen anyone else use one, yet the prompt still exists.

That is everything i can think of off the top of my head, but I'm sure there is more somewhere. In destiny's original tower everything had a use. The tower just feels a lot more useless in D2. These are all easy to fix things and I don't see why they are still problems three years into the game.

Edit 1: also add a different spawn point for each area of the tower, so that if the hangar does get more npcs, it's not just another area to run to.

Dear Guardians with emotes that I can interact with,

    Posted: 27 Oct 2019 08:56 AM PDT

    Sorry I never do it.

I stand where I'm supposed to. I look around for the 0.1 degree window where it lets me hold E. And then I miss it because I moved my mouse 0.02 millimeters away.

Bungie plz make it easier to hold E for these things. Ppl pay money and nobody wants to interact with them because most of the time they cant

There should not be a skill ceiling to using an emote

I’m so glad the vex haven’t figured out that supplicants and fanatics are their most efficient soldiers killing guardians.

    Posted: 27 Oct 2019 09:54 PM PDT

The vex would've won a long time ago if they converted their entire army to supplicants and fanatics to just suicide bomb stuff.

Now that I think about it, a robot invasion with those kinds of units only would be a lot more efficient than hordes of goblins that just die to guardians and do nothing.

If people feel like they need to find ways to not get matched with others to grind quests in peace, something is wrong with your quest design

    Posted: 27 Oct 2019 05:49 AM PDT

Multiple times have I seen people going around suggesting to change the clock on the ps4 or to block ports on your router to prevent matchmaking in strikes to grind edgewise more reasonably. There are also suggestions to just not do the strikes at all, and farm lost sectors and mobs in patrol zones while your team is off doing the strike,

A multitude of quests requiring last hits instead of damage dealt or counting assists serve only to inflate playtime. The issue is it has a side effect of causing teammates to step on each others toes. It's one thing to want a quest or activity to take a certain amount of time, it's another to cause other players be the reason it's taking long. That breeds annoyance and hostility in the community as a whole.

Either bungie is confused about what they want their game to be or simply forgot to tell us that they gave up on being mmo. (text chat off by default for example)

Just to make sure it's clear, preventing people from grinding by soloing strikes isn't the fix for this. It's better quest design. It's getting people to go "Hey, I'm doing this thing, wanna come do it together?" instead of "That's the 5th kill you stole from me kys"

Letting people help each other or, god forbid, even incentivising it will build a stronger community. There are a handful of quests that do this already, and they are great and on theme. The bare minimum should be to not have players actively seek ways to not play with each other.

I felt like I needed to get this off my chest after grinding out all the triumphs for undying and then actually looking up the numbers for the ritual/pinnacle weapons. I realise it won't amount to much, but I'm wondering what others think about this.

    EDIT: a word

Let me sit in PVP queue longer if that means I get matched with players of similar skill

    Posted: 27 Oct 2019 06:23 PM PDT

The last 10 matches of freelance comp have been losses to not forgotten, revokers, etc. I'm not great at PVP, why the hell am I getting matched against the greasiest sweaters on the planet? Let me sit in queue longer so I actually have a chance?

    QOL Improvement: Shader Rotations

    Posted: 27 Oct 2019 07:56 AM PDT

With the premier of fashion week I was reminded of an annoying issue. Sometimes when using a shader, it is applied to one armor piece differently than another.

For example- A shader that is blue and black. The primary color of the chest piece will be blue and the details black, but when applied to the leg piece the colors are reversed. Sometimes we try to circumvent this by using another shader on the legs but it is very hard as textures make even the same colors differ in shade, brightness, and shine.

My proposal- After applying a shader to an armour piece, hold "R" on the shader to rotate the colors of the shader between the designated "primary" "secondary" and "detail" sections of the armor piece. To visually track where in the rotation the colors are, there could be 3 or 4 opaque circles at the bottom of the shader that get filled when rotating the shader colors between sections.

Conclusion- I feel like this would be fairly easy to implement and wouldn't take too much time away from the devs' more pressing projects. The community would welcome the increased customizability and Fashion Week would become more diverse and competitive. Thanks for reading!

To the Guardian who sat at the back of a Black Armory forge whilst me and another Guardian cleared it

    Posted: 27 Oct 2019 09:12 PM PDT

    Thank you.

You sitting at the back of the Izanami forge doing completely nothing, attempting to hide yourself behind a vex portal, whilst me and another Guardian are either side trying to clear ads and just managing to clear each stage ourselves made me realize that the people who go into black armory just to leave a couple seconds before it starts really arent as bad as they seem.

Someone edited the Lilo & Stitch wiki...with a Destiny meme

    Posted: 27 Oct 2019 05:34 PM PDT

    Stitch
"Ohana means family. Family means nobody gets left behind, or forgotten, UNLESS you are a crouch spamming, triple jump using, shotgun ape of a hunter that deserves no forgiveness, and shall be thrown into the infinite forest to never be seen again When people get forgotten we get sad, when we are sad we do bad things that could make us get in trouble."

Ok I’m just gonna put this out there. The final encounter of GOS is the worst encounter to sherpa in any raid I’ve ever done in destiny. It’s laggy, sometimes the tethers glitch and don’t connect to the plus sign, it’s horrible and it confuses everybody trying to learn the encounter.

    Posted: 27 Oct 2019 04:45 PM PDT

I've been a Sherpa with 5 other people through the entire raid. We have been on this raid for hours on end and I taught them all the way to the final boss. It's a nightmare. The mechanics themselves of the encounter are somewhat understandable but what makes this encounter so god damn difficult is the constant lag because of all the vex, the tether sometimes not connecting to the plus sign when literally 0 people sacrificed and we got 30 motes on both, sometimes the vex instantation kills you if you are on the edge of the platform being removed even if you weren't in the grid, etc. Trying to get new people through an encounter that isn't working properly is a pain in the ass because they will think they did something wrong and this needs to be properly addressed.

Just the entire encounter is hell and difficult to teach because of all these stupid glitches. I pray bungie does like a patch pertaining to the issues with this encounter because this same stuff is happening to other people as well.

One thing that would help is if the amount of vex that spawn in one instance are slightly toned down and adjusted properly not affecting the raid mechanics at all. Because as an Xbox player it can't hold all of these ads at once and I've dealt with lag before due to ads. Nothing to this size.

Also if the tether mechanic could maybe be sped up a tad so it isn't as glitchy when it connects. Idk just giving some ideas.

Just finished my first ever raid

    Posted: 27 Oct 2019 03:56 PM PDT

I just completed the first Leviathan raid as my first ever raid clear, and it was amazing. I got a fireteam from LFG on destiny companion app, and it took us about 10 hours total (6hrs 1st day, 4hrs 2nd day).

It was so much fun. We decided to get off on day 1 because we were so drained by the pleasure gardens, but then on day 2 we cleared it first attempt. Calus took a while because we were pretty laggy, but it didn't get boring even after wiping over and over.

I'm looking forward to doing more raids in the future!

Exotic weapons should have the option of activating a kill tracker regardless of them having a catalyst or not

I love my thorn on console and already got a shitton of kills with it sadly I can't go show my efforts to the public because exotics don't have kill trackers if there's no catalyst.

IMO exotic weapons should always have the option of activating a kill tracker if there's a catalyst or not. In forsaken there was a glitch in the app that allowed you to activate a pvp or pve killtracker for every year 2 exotic weapon which shows its technically possible.

And I am pretty sure my fellow pvp mains agree with me that showing how much work you put in a gun is beside having a stat bonus is the only reason to even masterwork a gun. I claim that to be true because I see so many good rolled- shitty masterwork guns on level 6 just to get a kill tracker.

    Any opinions?

Solo queue to Reckoner...the struggle was Real

    Posted: 27 Oct 2019 08:04 PM PDT

While Season of the Drifter was a while ago and, let's be honest, one the most ignored seasons due to the content loop when it first debuted, the Reckoner title is the second rarest acquired by the community. Unbroken is still the rarest title, and if your a casual like myself who doesn't have great competitive friends or pvp god-tier skills as a solo player, that one may be unachievable. But I figured I'd share how I went for Reckoner if you're like me and still think that the Gambit game mode is worthwhile content.

Most of this title is not that hard to achieve. The final 5 triumphs, the four Gambit Prime role mastery ones and the collections badge are the hardest to complete and are the main discussion points in my tale of woe. I say tale of woe because, while I really liked the idea of a pve-pvp hybrid style game mode like Gambit and even more so love the idea of Gambit Prime with specific roles and armor to amplify the those roles into efficiency monsters, many games tested my sanity, and ultimately have made me hate the game mode and the D2 Gambit playing community as a whole.

In order to achieve the four role mastery emblems for the collections tab, you need a full* (or near full set with an optimal exotic armor piece) set of Notorious armor from Reckoning Tier 3 for each role, duh I know. I did this armor grind in Season of the Drifter slowly over the whole season. Because I enjoy Titan as the most easily played, well-rounded class for playing Gambit and Gambit Prime, that meant I had to grind the Reckoning game mode as a Titan as well....Fun fact of course was that Titan was the worst class to play in Reckoning due to Well, Orpheus Rig Tether, and Skull Nova Bomb being not only god-tier but often essential to completing this game mode at launch. That being said, Sentinel with Doom-Fang or Ursa exotics on void singe or grenadier modifiers is an excellent choice for the Bridge encounter. I had to grind for several weeks to get even semi-working armor sets for the 4 roles. I know now that Reckoning Tier 3 has been made easier even after Well, Skull Nova bomb, and Orpheus Rigs were nerfed hard, so hopefully this game mode isn't as grueling to get Notorious armor sets, and Armor 2.0 should also help lessen the grind for a working armor set now if you have a large mod collection.

When it came to playing Gambit Prime, I always an exotic armor piece and then a synth activated to aid my play style. I know this common practice for all of D2 but it cannot be stressed how much more beneficial certain exotics are to accomplishing these triumphs. It should also be common knowledge, but having a least one weapon in your arsenal to deal with enemies at range, specifically invaders and one to deal with close range majors like blockers, are a must for success in all Gambit game modes. When trying to achieve wins for each emblem, the top 2 reasons why I would lose games was if our team didn't have a player(s) attempting to kill invaders and blockers. Seems beyond stupid to have to bring up these points, but that is legitimately how much of the Gambit Prime playing community acted throughout 3 seasons of my trying to accomplish this Title.

The number one contributing factor that made each Triumph hard to get was one made worse by playing solo (my fault, I know, but one that I'd have to address) was that my teammates would not let me play my easily identifiable role based on my full armor color and aura designation. When you see a white aura Collector on your team, let them collect motes. When you see a green aura Reaper on your team, let them at least damage high-value targets and boss yellow bar enemies in trash mobs. When you see a red aura Invader, for the love of God let them invade. And when you see a yellow aura Sentry on your team, let them handle blockers when they are alive and near the bank but always help them kill invaders immediately. Not doing any of the above mentioned when you have a full aura player on your team is deliberately being detrimental to your team's success rate of the match and probably denying a chance of that player successfully getting a medal they need for their own Reckoner Triumph progress. So in summary of this point, don't be dicks and don't do things that legitimately hurt your chances of losing the game.

I completed the Collector triumph first: -Striker top tree with Insurmountable Skull Fort, armor aimed at super, mobility, heavy/machine gun ammo finder mods -kinetic shotgun (Imperial decree from menagerie with trench barrel and feeding frenzy) SMG energy (Recluse or Riskrunner were the most optimal) Hammerhead machine gun for heavy. -Goal is to quickly clean up motes quickly, get out and bank, repeat. Skull Fort to give you health reg with shoulder charge to aid movement and grenade recharge. Why this triumph sucked? Half-banked medals and Giant Blockers sent was infuriating because...players don't let you play your role in Gambit Prime. When your team doesn't try to stop invaders while your carrying a high number of motes for a large or Giant blocker, you're going to have a bad time. If your teammates let you collect motes, awesome first off, but try and send that giant blocker first thing and then send smaller ones so you limit the time you have a high number of motes before you bank so you're not a super juicy target to an invader. Final note: 100 small blockers is way to high for this triumph, trying to send as many as possible in a game is not efficient for trying to also win the game with that many trips to the bank over and over again.

Invader triumph second -Top tree Sunbreaker or top tree Sentinel with bubble depending on task to complete. One-eyed Mask or Saint-14 helm depending on task. -This one had the most liberal load out due to the different type of kills required for the triumph and task needed for completion. - kinetics: Arbalest, Revoker, (Nightwatch scout or Imperial decree were other personal preferences), energy: Jotunn, Lunas howl, Beloved, Polaris Lance, Erentil Heavy: Queensbreaker bow, Truth (God-tier for anyone who's played against it in Gambit), Thousand voices, or Hammerhead -Goal is to obviously kill players when invading with different weapons and supers. Top tree Sunbreaker for super kills and using hammer strike/melting point for aiding blocker/primeval takedown. Top tree Sentinel for bubbling the enemy bank to drain the 100 motes required for the triumph. Invading with heavy ammo to get kills or use your super means running super, heavy ammo finders for mods. Sniper, fusion, scout rifle targeting mods/perks also help. One-eyed Mask because...well because it's been more on the broken side, I know it's getting another nerf at the time of writing this. Saint-14 helm when bubbling the enemy bank, just for those special players who are dumb enough to enter it and help your already large over shield from invading with a large set. Biggest issues playing this role: your team doesn't let you play your role...again. Other members invading period hurts your completion of triumph steps. Another problem however is blockers appearing, especially multiple ones that would drain your motes and prevent you from having enough to invade. So whatever your loadout, be sure to have something to help kill blockers quickly; also why top tree Sunbreaker hammer strike is useful.

Sentry triumph completed 3rd -Top tree Sunbreaker with Peregrine greaves, let's you one shot hammer strike large blockers and below. -kinetic: Imperial decree shotgun from menagerie, trench barrel shotgun is the main perk you want for this slot. energy: Polaris Lance is fantastic for marking/killing invaders, as well as killing trash mobs with dragonfly damage while you stay near the bank Heavy: Hammerhead or a tracking rocket launcher. -Goal is to kill blockers by yourself fast and to mark/kill invaders. This one was the fastest to complete once I started, it's pretty straightforward and once you're good you are accomplishing the two tasks most likely to cause your team to lose: killing invaders and eliminating blockers quickly. Running lots of melee mods, maybe super mods, and some heavy ammo finder mods/perks. Top tree Sunbreaker for hammer strike with peregrine greaves to kill one blocker, coupled with a trench barrel shotgun out makes incredibly quick work of multiple blockers all summoned to your side. The annoying medal to get in this triumph is to kill the last blocker at your bank 3 times in a row. When the enemy sends one blocker at a time this can be easily accomplished, but when multiple ones arrive and one of your teammates trying to help lands the killing blow on the last blocker present after you've wiped out the others, you don't get credit to get that medal. Polaris Lance was a great energy weapon for helping you deal with invaders, trash mobs so your teammates can grab the motes, and if no one on your team is jumping in to invade, it can also be a valid choice to kill enemy guardians when they're damaging their primeval.

Last was the Reaper triumph... -Top or bottom tree striker running synthoceps or middle and bottom tree Sentinel running Doom-Fang gauntlets were also good choices -kinetic: Imperial decree shotgun (were you suprised?) I also used breakneck sometimes, but now that weapon is nerfed into the center of the earth -energy: Riskrunner is the greatest choice no doubt, Recluse and telesto are also good choices, but Riskrunner while running Striker is the single best option. -heavy: you probably guessed it again, Hammerhead -Goal is so straightforward, kill kill kill enemies and taken. The hardest thing in this triumph....those High Value Targets. They are not hard to kill mind you, quite easy actually. But you have to kill 50 of them, and only one spawns a match...so that's a minimum of 50 matches. But remember they are easy to kill so if you're on the wrong side of a map and they appear, your teammates might kill them too quick before you damage them and then you don't get credit for the kill. This is by far one of the most annoying steps of all the role triumphs required. The other tougher step in this triumph is the Massacre medals, 12 kills with less than 3 secs between kills. Sometimes it seemed like the game wouldn't give me credit for the killing blows, but if I was paired with a Nightstalker that would Tether a batch then this was easy to get. Bottom tree striker in super with Synthoceps was one surefire way to get one of these medals if the trash mobs were first spawning in an area. Bottom or middle tree Sentinel running Doom-Fang to keep extending the super was also a good alternative. But running Riskrunner against an enemy type that deals arc damage or self activating Riskrunner with a striker pulse grenade was a fantastic way to mow down trash mobs. Fallen, hive boomers, Cabal, and some scorn enemies all deal arc damage; this SMG rocks in Gambit game modes and now is a free give away in a Shadowkeep. Mods/perks for armor were for super mainly, heavy ammo finders didn't hurt. Running a shotgun and heavy machine gun helped to deal with blockers and invaders respectively again.

As a solo queue player in Gambit Prime, this took playing across 3 seasons to finish. I don't know how many games I played of just Gambit Prime in Season of the Drifter or in the current Season of the Undying, but I played 280 games in Season of Opulence. Which resulted in not 3, not 4, but 5 Infamy resets inside of that season 7. It should be noted that once the Primeval was summoned, I always swapped my kinetic weapon to Mountaintop to use with Rally Barricade. Now that Rally is nerfed, I began using a kinetic sniper for dps, my Tranquility with Firing line being the best choice. This title was a slog to accomplish but I'm glad I have it due to its rarity. I think the armor perk enchantment while wearing a full set, similar to how Monster Hunter plays, was a great experiment in D2 and I really hope it's not a one-off.

If anyone actually reads this whole thing, I know it's long winded and it may have been redundant to other posts. Just sharing on my end.

FYI: You can get the Super Hunter, Warlock, Titan triumph in Tribute Hall

    Posted: 27 Oct 2019 09:57 AM PDT

Was experimenting different builds in the Tribute hall, and accidentally found out that you can complete the Super Hunter, Warlock, Titan (In a single activity, cast supers from each subclass) especially combine with the super regen tribute (shards).

Not really useful, but hey its 600 triumph points so why not :)

Suggestion for a new finisher: THE STOMP

    Posted: 27 Oct 2019 09:07 AM PDT

Whether it's a ground slam, a foot stomp, or a floating space fart, it's time to turn the tables and give the enemy a taste of their own medicine. It would be fantastic to finish enemies with a stomp, which would also cause them to be flung at light speed into a wall and be killed. Even if they don't get thrown into a wall, they should still get flung away and die in the animation. Bonus points if we can use this finisher on bosses!

"At last we will have revenge."

    –Darth Maul

Alternate, more pretentious, idea: Ghost resurrects the spirits of Frank Lloyd Wright, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and Le Corbusier, who hack the enemy to death with T-squares.

So I introduced New Light to some of my colleagues at work...

    Posted: 27 Oct 2019 04:12 AM PDT

...and now 5 of the 10 people I invited now have Forsaken / Shadowkeep on their Steam accounts. Going free to play was genius, moving the game to Steam even moreso. Most of them got hooked once we played some strikes and Iron Banner. They also fell in love with the gorgeous art and level design, with one of them commenting that most areas looked like sci-fi concept art.

We haven't completed a single raid yet as a team (we cut close on the Eater of Worlds Raid Lair) but I know in time that they'll get the hang of it. We even have our own clan now that's nearing Level 3 with most of the members at 900+ already.

Just wanted to thank Bungie for releasing New Light. Now I can just shout across the hall to get someone to run nightfalls or raids with me.

    980 Content Feels Awesome!

    Posted: 27 Oct 2019 08:48 AM PDT

In Luke Smith's manifesto, he noted that Bungie puts reporters and game journalists on demos with very difficult settings because it feels epic to make progress on those difficulties.

    Amen.

Last night my friends and I did our first 980 Nightfall and Nightmare hunt. This was some of the most fun I've had in the Undying thus far. I've speed run Savathun's Song countless times before Undying, and having to work methodically through each room (find cover, flank) made it an entirely new experience. Difficulty breaths new life into the old content. I am so pumped to work through the remaining nightfalls each week under these difficulty parameters!

That is all. I had a wonderful time being challenged last night, and I woke up wanting to jump back into that level of challenge again.

I know this is dumb, and most of the community wants some effort in their exotic quests... But I wish there was a option to just go "Fuck this I'm just gonna cut the mesh door open" for Leviathan's Breath.

    Posted: 27 Oct 2019 10:25 PM PDT

Comedy version: It's like the one quest in Borderlands 2 where you got all the normal quest steps but can just instead go over to the nearby workbench, infuse a nearfy knife with light by a button press, then walk over and cut it open.

Serious version: there are alternative quest steps that are piss easy to do solo but more grindy kinda like that one exotic quest that let you chose between PVE,PVP and Gambit, and you break in doing that.
