Bungie, please never make a catalyst quest like erianas vow again

    Posted: 19 Nov 2019 04:15 PM PST

The fact that we have to play upwards of 50 Gambit prime matches just to finish this is absurd, and that's the fastest mode to complete this catalyst. Kills with the weapon don't even help you with the catalyst quests, just having the weapon on counts, which would incentivise doing practically all of an activity without using it until the activity is over, then switching weapons really quickly and still get progress for the full activity.

Edit: it has come to my attention recently that u/excelonn had a post about this exact same thing with nearly the exact same title about a month ago. The titles being nearly identical is a big coincidence, as I have never seen his post before, but it's nice to know that others that are trying to reach out about this catalyst quest.

    Welp, Undying Mind is underwhelming

    Posted: 19 Nov 2019 09:14 AM PST

Hate to break it to people, but it's literally the exact same thing we've been doing already in VO, but the boss has changed to a weaker Hydra.

I thought I'd add some opinion after getting my 3 kills: overall, the "new" version is really lackluster. It seems like there may be more enemies, but I can't confirm or deny. The only definitive changes is that the boss is the Undying Mind and he summons little kamikaze harpies when in damage phase, akin to the Menagerie boss. There's no new rewards from what I've seen, Ikora has nothing new, and after getting my 3 kills I doubt I'll go back in.

Season of the Undying was actually a pretty lackluster season if you think about it

    Posted: 19 Nov 2019 09:32 AM PST

The main things this season offered was:

-Vex Offensive. Which was an ok activity, but really repetitive.

-New season weapons and armor. They all look great and some weapons are pretty good, but I suppose every season will have a new weapon and armor set. People really aren't going crazy over the new season armor, so it isn't really that special.

-Leviathan's Breath. Very mediocre and occasional weapon and probably the shortest and easiest exotic quest ever.

-The season pass. Love it! But every season will have a season pass so it doesn't really count.

And now... the vex offensive final assault. Spoiler: It's basically just the exact same vex offensive activity but the final boss is the undying mind, with the EXACT same mechanics as the normal vex offensive boss with no special additions.

I think people don't really talk about the quality of this season because it was really well implemented with shadowkeep. For example the vex offensive and the raid.

But if you put Season of the Undying in a vacuum, it shows how little it offered.

Let's see what Season of the Dawn will offer!

Edit: Can't believe I failed to mention this, but there were unbelievable more eververse items this season than any other. Pretty depressing

If Bungie wanted to reuse an activity for the Final Assault, they should have just reused the Undying Mind strike from D1

    Posted: 19 Nov 2019 09:39 AM PST

I would much rather have ran that strike 3 times then 3 more games of vex offensive. Just saying.

Can we get an “evil guardian” at the tribute hall so we can test weapons and damage for PvP too?

    Posted: 19 Nov 2019 07:00 AM PST

I think it would be a great addition to test drop off/perks/etc. in a PvP setting for those of us who view PvP as their primary game mode. Please and thanks.

Bungie, raid gear just isn't special anymore.

    Posted: 19 Nov 2019 08:49 AM PST

The magic is gone. What happened to the design philosophy of creating weapons and armor that were actually useful against specific enemy types based on the raid they dropped from? What happened to unique raid-themed perks? Obviously nothing will compare to the endless infatuation everyone had with guns like Fatebringer, but that's only a portion of what I'm referring to. It's more so the perks that came with these raid weapons that actually made them special and unique. Examples:

    • All weapons from Vault of Glass had Oracle Disruptor (bonus damage to Oracles).
    • All weapons from Crota's End had Hive Disruptor (bonus damage to Hive Majors), and some even had additional perks such as Dark Breaker (projectiles overpenetrate through Hive Knight shields), and Lich Bane (projectiles have a chance to disorient Hive Wizards).
    • All weapons from King's Fall had Will of Light (bonus damage against Taken enemies).
    • And finally the raid that has the best examples of what I'm talking about: Wrath of the Machine. All weapons came with Whirlwind's Curse (bonus damage against Fallen AND bonus Agility when this weapon is equipped. Icing on the cake? Each and every one of these weapons also had additional and entirely unique Siva-themed perks on top of the intrinsic perk I just mentioned. These perks were Triple Double (when Triple Tap perk is triggered, an extra bullet is transferred from your reserves to the magazine), Two for One (doubles the effectiveness of the Army of One perk [quick unassisted kills with this weapon reduce grenade and melee cooldown]), Wait for It (reloading this weapon when the mag is empty grants a larger than normal magazine), Quick Reaction (gain increased Agility while the Reactive Reload perk [OG Kill Clip] is active), Sign of Four (landing three bursts on a target causes the fourth burst to do extra damage), and Focused Firefly (while Focused Fire is active, precision kills cause the target to explode).

I personally think that raid loot has been lackluster since D2 came out. Nothing has really compared to the overall utility and unique quality of D1 raid gear. These weren't game breaking either. They were helpful without being overpowered and added that special feel you wanted from the most challenging endgame activity. They were essentially the original curated rolls. The perks were fixed, but for the most part there wasn't anything to complain about because they were generally good rolls anyway and had the unique perks as well. We now have a world where a random HC dropping from a dreg could be superior to it's raid counterpart that you spend hours grinding/looking for. Of course, that makes good perks accessible to anyone in any situation. I understand this, but there's really no good reason for raid weapons to have stooped this low. More often than not it seems like they've just become infusion material or instant-dismantles because of a shit roll. I can't imagine why so many assets are wasted on creating weapons with zero utility or longevity. Suggestions to alleviate this:

    • Unique raid perks added to curated rolls intrinsically.
    • Random rolls have a chance to have unique perks.
    • Raid mods for weapons, not just armor.
    • Remove perks from the pool on certain weapons where they are literally useless, i.e. ambitious assassin on rocket launchers, hip-fire grip on any long range weapon: scouts, snipers, pulses. There is so much more than just that and all it does is create an artificial grind for mostly useless weapon rolls which get trashed immediately.

Let's not get into armor. There's been enough posts showcasing the favored design of D1 armor and even fan art that looks so much better than what we actually have. And that's just the aesthetic design. Yes, D1 raid armor also had unique perks that helped you in the raid they dropped from. Now it looks like crap and isn't much different than armor found in the wild other than a potentially higher stat roll. The mods are what most people are chasing now. Regardless, the large focus of this post is raid weapons. These are all my opinions. You don't have to agree. Feel free to discuss. Keep it civil.

TLDR: D2 raid gear can be strong, but generally sucks as it has nothing special (unique intrinsic perks) separating it from anything else in the game as D1 raid gear did. This is not to say that the weapons are objectively bad, just that they don't feel like what a true raid reward should be/used to be. They mostly get dismantled or infused because the random perk pool is so polluted with garbage.

*Shout out to the good people trying to upvote my comment responses back into relevance. I see it and I appreciate it. People emotionally downvoting is unavoidable though. Tisk tisk.

    Edit 1: Clarity

Edit 2: u/skyelife made a fantastic comment suggesting that raid armor function like Gambit Prime armor: wearing multiple or all pieces gives intrinsic bonuses in the raid leaving you to slot any additional mods you want. Great suggestion!

Linear Fusions need to be looked at from the ground up. Right now they're just bounty completion tools.

    Posted: 19 Nov 2019 08:42 AM PST

Here are several issues which could be addressed:

    • No existing linear Fusion Rifle should be in the Power weapon slot aside from Sleeper Simulant.
    • Linear Fusions as they are have the same functional role as sniper rifles, but sniper rifles shoot faster and are not power weapons. If Linear Fusions are going to be power weapons, then they need to function more like Sleeper and less like Bite of the Fox. They don't have to be as good as Sleeper, but their role as a power weapon has to be justified.
    • Legendary Linear Fusions are extremely limited in both model and perks. Linear Fusions have no unique perks.
    • If nothing is done to rework Linear Fusions, then standard Fusion Rifle and Linear Fusion rifle mods and bounties need to be combined. Linear Fusions have clearly been neglected, and as a result, anything tied to Linear Fusions is a waste (and it's not like some Linear Fusion fanatic gets to run Sleeper and Arbalest at the same time).

Linear Fusions are hoovering in some kind of Destiny Purgatory and they need something to get pushed out of it. As of right now they're just slow snipers in the power slot. They need something, but I'm not the person who can definitively say what that something is. Maybe they just need to be re-imagined and rebuilt from the ground up.

WARNING: Bungie have gone back on their advertised promise to credit extra season pass purchases. You will NOT receive Silver.

    Posted: 19 Nov 2019 03:26 PM PST

    Hi all,

I already own Shadowkeep deluxe edition on PS4, and bought Shadowkeep standard edition on PC since I've switched there. You may recall this message from the preorder pages of Shadowkeep (since deleted):

*Season Pass redeemed when logging in. If players already own the current Season Pass, they will receive credit toward future Seasons up until Season 11. Any credits beyond Season 11 will be exchanged for an equivalent value of Silver.

You can see the text on Bungie's store via the way back machine-

    https://web.archive.org/web/20190808082916/https://bungiestore.com/products/destiny-2-shadowkeep

Based on remembering that, I assumed I'd get 1000 Silver since I already had 4 season passes. I didn't receive any though, so I checked the support forum, and people like me were being directed to the "missing silver contact form". I filled it out, and was told

The promotion to receive Silver for owning extra Season Passes is no longer available.

I've written back twice asking for information about this "promotion" (eg where was the expiry date published and why weren't Shadowkeep owners alerted that it expired), but I doubt they'll reply again since they've given this vague answer twice now.

Other people are reporting the same thing on Bungie's forums- eg this person who had a season pass and then bought the deluxe edition

    https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/254398287/0/0

So yeah, Bungie have quietly deleted the promise made to Shadowkeep owners and are now refusing to honour it. I don't really care about the Silver itself, I'm just really bothered that they advertised something that was pro-consumer and then quietly took it away.

Thanks for taking your time to read this and have a nice day all.

Edit: some people have suggested it was a preorder only offer; that's certainly possible. However that was never specifically stated and no expiry date is visible on the store page. The details for the Silver credit policy are listed as part of the deluxe edition details, not the preorder bonus details.

We were told "this is a thing!" and then never informed it wasn't a thing anymore until we came asking about it.

Edit 2: some people are claiming that season passes are platform bound, which isn't true (as anyone who plays cross-save knows). Luke Smith himself confirmed it crosses with you if you don't believe me.

Your Season Pass and its progression will travel with your Cross Saved Guardian. Meaning: set up Cross Save and when you own the Season Pass (if that's what you're into) play it anywhere your Guardian is.

Who is ready for Atheon to come through Ikora's portal and stomp us all off the Tower edge?

    Posted: 19 Nov 2019 05:03 AM PST

To those that may be new Guardians to Destiny, Atheon was able to be pushed off a cliff in D1 as the final boss of Vault of Glass raid, until Bungie patched it. I bet he's been waiting ages...or hours depending on Vex time, to get his Guardian revenge.

Update: Well...from what I hear (still at work), that was uneventful. Here's to dreaming and being let down Guardians! #RIPImagoLoopDrop

Kotaku writer and newish player, "I started to hop into that game’s subreddit and, wow, those folks are so negative! Don’t they know how cool the game is that they’re playing?"

    Posted: 19 Nov 2019 09:19 AM PST

The article: "Starting Destiny 2 Late Spared Me A Lot of Misery"

Sometimes, one should step back and consider the perspective of players just now coming to Destiny 2. The author goes on to state:

It just might not be possible to be consistently excited with a constantly updated game. The game developers can't possibly keep up with players' insatiable hunger for new content, and few people seem to have the patience to happily experience the undulations of new bugs and new problems with eventual fixes and revamps.

If, however, you wait it out, miss most of the drama, and let the additions to the game pile up, then you get the Destiny 2 experience I'm having where even some of the more tedious tasks are more fun when you've got an in-game backlog of things to do.

The full article is a good read. And, it's something to keep in mind, especially when a journalist visits this subreddit and sees such overwhelming negativity they are compelled to bring it up in a discussion about the state of the game.

Final assault details for those who can't check

    Posted: 19 Nov 2019 09:45 AM PST

    1. Final assault has replaced the standard vex offensive. Exact same modifiers as the standard version too. Same light level aswell

    2. First two encounters are literally identical to the standard vex offensive.

    3. New dialogue from ghost and Ikora being super serious as usual. All they actually talk about is how we need to kill the undying mind 1000s of times. No lore progression whatsoever.

    4. Final encounter involves planting a beacon that transports ikoras portal which then attaches to the vex portal in the final boss room. Summons the undying mind instead of a gate lord.

    5. Looks identical to it's strike counterpart from D1. Literally the exact same mechanics as the gate lord from standard vex off. Only unique reward is an emblem I believe.

Edit: new music and yes activity is still matchmade. No new pinnacle drops aswell.

My god that was short, id honestly say this is easier then the standard vex offensive simply because the undying mind has an easiar crit then the gate lord.

Atleast we can all breathe a sigh of relief that Ikora didn't activate her vex portal in the tower

What’s working and What’s Not [Spoiler]

    Posted: 19 Nov 2019 11:51 AM PST

So, we just had a big reveal for the season and a lot of people are disappointed it's basically the same thing. I think this is an appropriate time to discuss what's been working this season/expansion vs what hasn't. I think it's important to remember that season = 3months, expansion = ~year. So while we're almost done with this season we have a ways to go on the expansion.

    What's worked:

New Dungeon - this thing is really cool. I did it blind and it was very fun to figure out the puzzles, deal with the ogres/maze etc.

Garden of Salvation - the raid was excellent. Aside from the last boss being a little buggy the raid was perfect. New and interesting mechanics, beautiful scenery, interesting puzzles, this has been one of the best raids of D2.

Nightfall: Ordeal - these are really fun. Great replayable content that's fun for hours. I love the scoring, gives me something to work for.

The Moon - Moon looks great and feels great. It's a refresh on D1, remaining familiar but fresh. Lots of fun puzzles.

Eris Memories - Great lore quests every week is a no brainer. Being able to complete only one a week is kind of a bummer if you don't manage to complete it in a week (like me) and you end up a week behind.

Festival of the Lost - Well put together and fun event.

    What's not working:

Story pacing - Ending on a cliffhanger is fine, if you don't leave us there till next season. We're on the moon, facing this threat. I see that pyramid ship once a week at least and it hasn't said anything. Pacing needs to be increased just a little.

Vex Offensive/Tower Portal - this one is just today, but this was underwhelming. The same thing with a slightly different boss is pretty lame considering we waited over a month for this.

Crucible - needs some love. No way to acquire weekly pinnacle gear through crucible. Momentum was cool, but still felt a lot like control.

Armor 2.0 - 2.0 needs a 2.1. It's close, but overly complicated and hard to use. I think it's trying to do too many things. I'm all for MMO style stats, but most MMO's don't want you to tune your stats as much as destiny does. We've got so many different builds with stats, perks and mods that it ends up being impossible to figure out. It also doesn't feel like your stats/perks are making you stronger, just play different. Which means when you want to switch up play styles you have to go back into this complicated system. I think if you turned all the perks into mods and allowed for point by point stat adjustment at a cost while letting you add a "perk" through the mods slot, that would make the system workable.

Overall Bungie has made some great content this season. There's room to improve but I think we expected that. Hopefully this post sparks some discussion about what people like/don't like so far. Let's try and keep it constructive.

People need to be prepared for Season of the Dawn being even less content then this season.

    Posted: 19 Nov 2019 06:33 PM PST

this season is technically a "expansion". the next season is a annual pass type deal. but now with less studios to help make content. so yeah..

get ready for a big drought coming.

Look, there's been some positives out of the move to seasons, but at this point I'd prefer DLCs

    Posted: 19 Nov 2019 09:21 AM PST

The lack of story-driven content, vendor resets, new Strikes/Crucible maps every few months, and the complete flop that was the rollout of Black Armory, the "who likes Gambit?" focused season, and now this Undying Mind reveal. It's all very lackluster, and diminishes hype arguably just as fast, if not faster, than a story-focused DLC with endgame content/vendor refreshes. JMHO.

What I've loved about the seasonal model:

    • Season pass and rank w/ rewards
    • Artifact
    • Artifact mods
    • Season-specific activities (Vex Invasion first, Offensive second - I actually liked the Invasions more)
    • Xenophage Exotic Quest (but not the weapon itself... yet)

But what I really miss from the DLC approach was the new locales/planets to explore, a campaign that was even longer than Shadowkeep's, the vendor resets, the new Strikes, and the new Crucible maps.

If Bungie can find a way to meet us somewhere in the middle here, and not be overworked in the process, that would be amazing. I don't know how that works but hopefully all of our Eververse income helps make it happen...

EDIT: To be clear, something more in the middle between DLC and Seasons seems ideal. The Seasons (at least so far) have been a bit light on earned-in-game loot, story progression, and enjoyably replay-able endgame/grind content (Menagerie being the key exception here, at least when you got multiple drops per run). I'm at seasonal rank 340 or something like that, so I've certainly got my money's worth. But there's some blind spots here that I hope can be addressed as this all evolves.

If this is Bungie's idea of progressive seasonal content, just give it all to us upfront.

    Posted: 19 Nov 2019 10:52 AM PST

This has been talked about multiple times, and it feels particularly stingy right now. The "Final" vex offensive is just a slightly different boss fight and that's it. Nothing else, not even a new weapon or armor piece. Nothing.

If this is the idea that you have behind progressive seasonal content, then i don't want progressive seasonal content. I just want it all up front.

And wanting all the content in a season upfront has been discussed multiple times. When a new season comes out, I generally play very hard for the first week, maybe regularly for the second week, casually for the third week, and then I don't play at all the rest of the season unless there's things I need to finish off during the last week.

The enticement of exotics being periodically released just don't interest me, and in fact many times these exotics are underwhelming and not very exciting because you're introducing them into an environment in which most people have hit the cap. People are grinding just to grind or because they're bored.

If all of the content was up front it would make the first week far more exciting.

Flashpoint should be added in the Dreaming City and to the Moon too.

    Posted: 19 Nov 2019 11:11 AM PST

I think it's really boring always doing the flashpoint on EDZ, Titan, Nessus etc... so why can't we have it on the Dreaming City and Moon too? They have incredibles landscape, especially the DC that with Shadowkeep isn't one of the main destinations... There are no excuses, these locations can be visited by all players with Shadowkeep.

A Best of Year 2 Engram should be unlocked every rank up past 100, especially since they aren’t dupe protected

    Posted: 19 Nov 2019 01:35 PM PST

It all started when the Bright Engrams were removed from each season/event, which led to myself and many others going from grinding out all the items in an event, to us earning maybe 3 each.

The Best of Year 1/2 Engrams replaced the old Bright Engrams, which was better than nothing, because at least we had the 1/500+ chance to earn one of the Year 1/2 Items we missed.

Now with the Best of Year 2 Engrams however, the Engrams aren't dupe protected, meaning my chance of getting the specific item I wanted was even further decreased.

This wouldn't have been as bad if we could dismantle all these dupes to get Bright Dust, to at the very least buy something new that we wanted, but once again, no, we cant because Eververse items no longer dismantle into Bright Dust.

The worst part arises when you hit Rank 100, and suddenly realize that unlike the system that we have had for the past 3 years, you would no longer gain ANYTHING from leveling up. Yup, the only thing that you get from leveling up is a single Best of Year 2 Engram, one that isn't dupe protected, and is only earned once every 5 Ranks(Or every 500,000 XP).

Bungie, we all understand that you are publishing on your own now, but with how slow Bright Dust is to earn, how high the item prices are for Bright Dust, on top of having to pay 22,000 Silver just to buy everything in the shop(Silver prices are seemingly better compared to Bright Dust, and that equates to exactly 220 US Dollars to buy EVERYTHING in the Eververse Store this season, all the while I was able to EARN everything for FREE during previous season like Season of the Outlaw). You can either make us pay 220 Dollars to buy everything, or make Bright Dust very hard to come by/not drop when dismantling items, or replace the Bright Engrams with Best of Engrams that aren't even dupe protected, but you cant do all of them!

This season in terms of loot has been really disappointing.

    Posted: 19 Nov 2019 08:37 AM PST

I haven't had the slightest urge to farm or grind for anything this season. There are a couple raid weapons that stand out, but other than that it's just been shit. I'm not including exotics in here.

Hopefully they step it up next season, because this has been one of, if not the worst season in terms of loot, IN MY OPINION.

Edit: For all you geniuses out there that can't seem to read properly, I'm criticizing the QUALITY of the loot, not the quantity

I dismantled a masterworked exotic armor so you don't have too

Got a better roll on my sealed ahamkara grasps that I had previously masterworked. Dismantling the old one gave me 1 ascendant shard and 2 prisims.

I tried the search bar but no luck. Hopeful this post will help some desperate min-maxer out there.

Edit to fix name of shard

It would be cool if there was a news stand to check recent news and read TWABs in the tower.

Imagine a place in the tower where you can go to view recent announcements, perhaps some flavor copy about goings on in the tower, and maybe access to TWABs in game. If we wanted to get really crazy you could add an faq for new lights to refer to.

What is Entirely True may never die.

Ascendant Shards are found within the Vault of Glass, and were considered rare but not impossible to obtain a few years ago. Since there are now far fewer incursions to the Vault, Ascendant Shards have skyrocketed in value since new applications for them have been discovered.

Eris considers us to be her closest friend, above Asher and Ikora, both of which she has a more "professional" relationship with. She will often slip boxes of raisins into our pockets when we aren't looking, as her main show of affection.

Mara Sov gained most of her wealth through selling her bathwater. Shaxx has 14 jars of it.

Spinmetal can be melted down into two separate liquids. One, which falls to the bottom, is very similar to mercury until it cools and hardens into a nearly indestructible solid used mainly in ship building. The other is a brownish-green liquid that floats to the top. When used as a replacement for cooking oil, this liquid grants a smokey and full flavour to meals, and is very good for the heart and digestion.

Vance has the only copy in the world of Osiris' final prophecy. Unfortunately, it is written in braille, and Vance will only disclose its contents with Osiris' permission. He does mutter while reading it however, and has been heard saying things like "Crypts are places where life can flourish".

Osiris has access to a deeper branch of the Sunsinger subclass, creating a ball of flame above his head that heals allies and shoots blasts of flame at enemies. He considers this branch too dangerous for the average Guardian, as doing it wrong can cause the atmosphere of a world to be set alight.

Io leaks Light constantly, sending plumes of pure Light into the atmosphere. A Guardian who spends a prolonged period of time here finds their regenerative and subclass abilities dramatically improved, but only while on the planet. Spending too long on Io can have negative side effects however, as vivid hallucinations involving trees and owls can take place. Asher seems to be immune from these effects, perhaps due to his... Affliction.

Oxygen levels on Mars are lowering daily, and certain life-forms native to the planet such as the Sand Worm and the Red Chested Lyre Bird have begun to suffer from this, with lower offspring levels than usual. Dead Orbit have collected specimens from the planet and brought them to Earth to ensure nothing suffers an extinction.

Zavala has a pet kitten called, somewhat predictably, Cat. Unfortunately it is a Dreaming City breed of Cat, which have the power to slow down time, increase the space inside of places but not outside, and have been seen lifting balls of string with their mind.

Ikora has a tattoo of a horn on her arm, signifying her defeat of Shaxx. She still has the horn itself mounted on a plinth in her Library, and Shaxx refuses to enter her Library for this reason. She also has a tattoo of an Ace of Spades, an eye, and the symbol of the crucible.

Cayde's favourite prank was simple, but highly effective. He had set up a small microphone underneath the Vanguard Table. Every time Zavala said the word "Indeed", a Wizard's scream would play through the Tower notification system. He elected to stop after Eris had a panic attack from the constant screaming and nearly threw herself from the Tower to escape it.

Hashladûn never much cared for her father Crota, her favourite relative is her great-aunt. Despite this, her mother's loss was a terrible stab at her heart. Omnigul's final scream of death caused Hashladûn to weep for 100 days and nights, and upon hearing of her Grandfathers death, she wept for 100 more. Her plan to eliminate the Guardian was more out of pure rage and vengeance, a mistake her grandfather also made. While she had never mastered an oversoul, she did master the art of deception, and it has yet to be confirmed if the Hashladûn the Guardian killed was the real one, or one of many copies.

Eva is always pleased to see the Guardian, as we are her special favourite. The feeling is mutual, and the Guardian has been known to fly to her home and bring her chocolates and flowers. Often, the Guardian will sit for hours and listen to her stories, despite having heard them a thousand times before.

Rahool has been banned from VanNet after an outburst in which he called out everyone who was mean to him. He was spot on, and nothing he said was wrong, but the mods banned him anyway "for the fun of it".

Following Cayde's murder, a number of Ghosts who were simply hanging around the Tower or helping the Vanguard have left to find their Guardian. This has led to an explosion in Guardian numbers, because their Ghosts are hoping their Guardian might be the next legend, just as Cayde once was.

The strongest recorded Titan punch is still held by Wei Ning. She once punched the ground of the Moon in rage, and the moon began slowly spinning. The dark side of the Moon will be the side facing the Earth in the next 150 years.

Asher was not quite so cantankerous prior to his team entering the Pyramidion. His arm now causes him constant pain, and despite multiple different forms of pain relief being given to him, nothing is stopping that pain. It has led to him being very short-tempered and irritable, an understandable reaction.

Shaxx is a well known enthusiast of knitting. He and the older ladies of the City meet up every Thursday and compete in who can craft a beautiful scarf fastest, he has yet to win. In his own words, "War doesn't mean you cannot have a softer side. But that softer side can be competitive too".
