    What's a Xûr?

    Xûr, Agent of the Nine, is a strange vendor who randomly appears in a Public Sector in each of the Worlds, depending on the current Flashpoint. Xûr sells Exotic equipment and only takes Legendary Shards in exchange for them.

    TL;DR: He's the Santa Claus of Destiny and every weekend is Christmas. Sometimes he brings you what you want, sometimes he brings you coal. Mostly it's coal.

    Make the farm an actual farm. Let us plant planet materials there and harvest over time

    Give me a small plot of land. Let me choose which material I want to farm and then after enough time had passed let me go back and harvest my bounty.

    Base how much we get by how many in game activities we do.

    10% of exotic armor seems op because the other 90% completely suck

    Let me give just one example. Ashen wake- fusion grenades explode on impact and have faster throw speed.

    I feel like that kid on Christmas:
    "An avocado..... thanksssss"

    We should never see an exotic with 50s+ stats and immediately think "dismantle"

    I feel like more than new exotics, Destiny could benefit from reworking old unused exotics- maybe via a catalysts for die hard fans of current versions.

    This would be different if it was just one but it's not, just on Titans we have:
    Khepris Horn.
    Eternal Warrior.
    Any of the Aeons.
    ACD Feedback. (Love this thing but it's not great)
    War rigs.
    Mk 44 (compared to peregrines)

    And before any of you say "oh wait but Aeons can be good if you do this and this when doing this and this" the reality of it is, 99.99% of the time, this gear is out classes by other exotics. They just aren't good enough to be useful.

    I have 50+ Boon of the Vanguard/Crucible that I'd like to use. I always remember to try and pop on in orbit or flying in, but always forget when I'm in a match. We can pop a finest matterweave at anytime and it doesn't go away until an enhancement core if found, allow us to pop a boon until we complete a strike/crucible match.

    Getting an exotic drop and having it turn out to be a weapon that you already have has to be one of the worst feelings in the game.

    It's just terrible. Exotic drops are already much more rare than they used to be, AND there's actually a benefit to getting duplicates of exotic armor now. So when you finally do manage to get one to drop, it feels absolutely terrible to get a duplicate version of a weapon. The only difference between a duplicate exotic weapon and getting nothing at all is the shards you get from dismantling the drop.

    Why do duplicate exotic weapons even exist in the first place anymore? Since we can already just purchase them infinitely from our own collections, all duplicate weapons do is ensure that even when you finally do manage to get an exotic drop, you still have a chance to simply not get an exotic.

    Can we please have exotic weapons removed from the engram loot pool once we've obtained all of them? Because not being able to get an exotic roll even when you do finally get an exotic is a huge barrier to being able to obtain the armor that you want.

    Given the absolutely insane cost of masterworking armor if you're buying from Banshee, please give PvP players a way of earning shards/prisms.

    Basically just the title. I don't know if it's resetting valor, reaching glory ranks, RNG from an iron banner win, or a difficult weekly bounty or whatever... but as someone who loves primarily loves PvP trying to slog through 980 nightfalls just isn't fun.

    I'd love for there to be an opportunity for us pvp focused players to earn the materials we need to masterwork our gear.

    I have limited time throughout the week to play. Between work and a 2 month old (shout-out to my wife for letting me pick the name Cayde) it gets tough. And knowing that Undying was this season only I was hell bent on getting it.

    The 2 things that really looked like would hold me back is Randy's and getting high enough power to beat the 980 nightfall. I was starting to get stressed thinking I wouldn't get it.

    Until this week.

    Was able to play 9 ( I thought I only played 4 but I played more) games of Momentum and my Scout kills went up almost 20%. And BrayTech being at 950 is going to let me get my power up to actually attempt the Nightfall alot sooner than what I thought.

    So yeah this week is exactly what I needed to get what I've been chasing all season. Feeling good right now

    Been enjoying the festival! The masks aren't bad this year by any means either, but...

    I would have especially relished grinding for this mask during the Festival.

    I realize there are arguments to be made against it, as it might be considered inappropriate within the tower to adorn such a thing. Maybe The Drifter might have been a reasonable proponent to the item.

    Bungie, give us more enemy weapons as exotics!

    Our enemies use a lot of interesting weapons to fight us, why don't we get to use them, too? We get some, but they're mostly Fallen (Dreg's Promise, Queenbreaker, Lord of Wolves). There's also Skyburner's Oath and Legend of Acrius, but beyond that, all we get are enemy-inspired weapons. Anarchy, Mythoclast, Divinity, Necrochasm. So, here's some that I think we could get:

    • Hive
      • Shredder - Acolyte's Prayer: Void sidearm that fires high damage projectiles at a low firerate.
      • Boomer - Omnigul's Wail: Arc heavy grenade launcher that has a lower than average firerate, but has a flatter trajectory and a bigger blast radius. More explicitly a midpoint between rocket and grenade launchers.
      • Soulfire Rifle - Traitor: Void linear fusion rifle that increases damage based on how many precision hits you land, resetting to zero when you miss a shot.
      • Splinter Cannon - Devotion: Solar heavy shotgun that fires a flat arc of projectiles at a 15-30 degree angle.
    • Vex
      • Torch Hammer - Beautiful Math: Void rocket launcher that fires a slow-moving projectile with a massively increased explosive payload and radius.
      • Laser Rifle - Architect's Ambition: Void fusion rifle that functions as basically a special version of One Thousand Voices, hold to charge a short-lived beam. No explosions and a shorter charge, but more ammo and still really good at range.
    • Cabal
      • Heavy Slug Thrower - Conquerer of Worlds: Solar machine gun that never reloads, instead keeping the entire reserves as one magazine. For the lore tab, it's just the Valus Ta'aurc speech.
      • Cabal Headhunter - Dream of Freedom: Solar heavy sniper rifle that does an insane amount of damage... but only has one bullet in the magazine and a long reload. Landing precision kills reloads the weapon from reserves and increases the damage of the next shot, which is lost when you don't score a precision kill. The idea is that you would kill multiple minors/majors before dumping a massively amped up shot on a boss.
      • Cabal Magma Launcher - Starkiller: Solar SMG that functions as a flamethrower.
    • Scorn
      • Scorn Crossbow - Pirrha's Trap: Void sniper rifle that fires tracking projectiles. Is explicitly the Rifleman's weapon, the gun that killed Sundance. I wanted to call it The Last Dance, but that's already taken...
      • Scorn Rifle - Reborn in Death: Void fusion rifle that functions similarly to Jotunn. Charging fires a sawblade that travels in a straight line and overpenetrates targets, but can also bounce off hard surfaces.

    No Fallen or Taken, because there's too many Fallen weapons already and Taken weapons are just regular faction weapons with a different element.

    Towerthought: Nightmare hunts are just strikes w/o the mid-strike filler objectives, higher difficulty, and no loot.

    For these being nightmare hunts with unique(ish) bosses, we should AT LEAST get loot from them. The scoring is fine, everything is, but just add a reason for me to play them beyond an essence or mods.

    Edit 1: Heres some explanation, just because it has been brought up a bit...

    1- What happens when you have obtained all the mods? Assuming someone has played the legend or higher hunts already (at least 5 or 6 times), they would have obtained ALL mods.

    2- essences are RNG but the phantasmal cores are not (garunteed on master completion). It is true that this is loot, but it requires you to leave your current activity, possibly complete additional objectives, then go claim it. I can get a core just as easy, just by killing some nightmares in sorrows harbor or just farming the hidden nightmare on the moon that Grant's the EXACT same rewards as a master rank hunt.

    3- the difficulty should warrant some loot beyond a simple core. Look at the ordeal NF: upgrade materials, exotics, etc. This activity doesnt need exotic drops, but rather a chance for upgrade materials (not ascendant shards though to ensure that NFs remain relevant) like enhancement prisms and enhancement cores, and an RNG chance for a random weapon depending on the hunt and difficulty. If not a weapon, then maybe introduce thematic armor as most of these bosses were from D1 and had thematic loot tied to them.

    4- Regarding the length, I actually like the length and the fact that mechanics dont exist dowsnt bother me... BUT if you are going to add difficulty levels like legend and master WITHOUT matchmaking, then make a reason for me to go out of the way to find people to beat it. A core is not enough...

    Each Nightmare boss should have come packaged with a Cosmetic drop tied to it

    Glaring one being Taniks who could have had the Hunter cloak from D1

    Imagine a chest piece from Ghaul for Titans or the furry neck piece from Skolas

    A helmet from Crota to look like you're wearing his crown or hive inspired arms

    Phogoth even had Hive inspired arms back in D1 drop from him. They were unique and something to grind out

    Each class wouldn't need a piece from each boss, wouldn't be against it but it just adds that extra replay ability to the nightmare hunts

    At the moment outside of the weekly Pinnacle or Mods, these aren't really farmable for anything more and I feel it's a missed opportunity. Makes it feel like a bit of wasted activity considering they have difficult scaling etc. Could have made it a much more meaningful piece to shadowkeep and going back to it for more

    Please change the Bounty / Quest content to "together" and not "everyone against everyone"

    First sry english is not my motherlanguage so please excuse any mistakes. Thanks.

    Currently, in almost every activity, every Guardian is trying to get his kills, finishers and co done. There's no "together" in the activities, everyone "hinders" everyone to get their stuff done.

    In Vex offensive as example at the boss fight nearly nobody fight against the boss, everyone try to get so many kills as possible. My highest phase counter was 7 or 8 instead of 2 boss phases.

    And so it's almost everywhere, this week in nightmare hunts or nightfall a lot of guardians quit earlier because they are finished with the eris morn quest step...

    Also hardly anyone plays his real loadout because kill 25 yxz with sidearms, hand cannons, sword, weapon yxz which you never will play except for the bounty etc

    I really hope with the new season which start in January? there will be a "better" bounty / quest system so we can play together and not "everyone against everyone" about kills and co :(

    Bungie, next expansion/season can we please not be shown all of the exotics we will get before release?

    It occurred to me today that (correct me if I'm wrong) we knew about all of the exotic weapons ahead of shadowkeep/undying through trailers and vidocs. While I appreciate bungie showing transparency, I would really rather not know all of the exotics we will get, especially things like the raid exotic going forwards.
