    Bungie please stop making armor with pieces that don’t respond to shaders

    I know this has been a problem in the past but the new guardian games armor is no exception. I don't understand making hundreds of shaders for armor and then making armor with static colors. If bungie wants to keep making this type of armor please let me preview shaders on it. I just want to know my shaders won't work like I expect them to before spending 6000 bright dust on a set. Now my bright dust savings are as low as the hunter flag....

    Edit: Another issue I've come to realize is that the set can not be purchased in individual pieces. The bright dust lost may have been a little less of a sting if it was 800 instead of 6000.

    Sorry if this is common and has been posted before, but after fast travelling in the tower i noticed a chunck of the tower was missing as well as some more cracks, this also resulted in the guardian games platform completely missing which I posted earlier. I hav't noticed any of other differences and if these have always been here and I'm just stupid than sorry. But to me it looks like aftermath from the Almighty maybe almost hitting the tower.

    Make Hangman's Pass an explorable area in patrol.

    Hangman's Pass is a large area in the EDZ that serves as the location of one of the CoO campaign missions. It's a great looking place, with some of the most stunning views in the game. It's such a great area, but is only used for one short mission.

    The area already exists in patrol (eg. you can glitch into it), but the path to it is blocked by fallen barriers. Making the area explorable in patrol is as simple as removing these barriers. This is of course not a priority for Bungie, but it would be very nice if this area was added to patrol.

    I went back to d1 and I am loving it but what surprised me was huge amounts of players in the tower and open world. Shorter que times than some activities in d2 and just a more welcoming feel. Run around the tower and you'll see alot of new players too. It's good to see that people still see it as a viable alternative to d2 after so many years.

    People seem to forget that "cheesing" or completing encounters by means NOT intended made Destiny popular

    • In D1, people spent more time lining Aethon up to knock off the edge than it would take to complete the encounter normally
    • In D1, it was more fun to pull your ethernet cord than to fight Crota
    • In D1, you could literally skip the second act in WotM and still get loot
    • In D2, You could force the adds to not spawn at Calus (which sometimes took longer than completing the encounter normally)
    • In D2, most players haven't seen the entirety of the Riven fight (Which you all should. It's amazing!)
    • In D2, you could bypass mechanics just by waiting in SotP
    • In D2, you could literally jump past puzzles and Anarchy glitch the boss in CoS
    • In D2, you could smoke bomb a boss in GoS when there's no bottom below it and it would lose its ability of flight and die
    • In D2, you were able to use finishers to solo bosses

    And these are just some of the ones that DON'T require an application monitoring your network packets, or hacks, or third-party programs.

    Now, there's a Nightfall boss that can fall off an edge and people are getting pissed like this hasn't happened before? Destiny is defined by the glitches, gimmicks, and cheeses we discover. How do you think speed runs and low mans are done?! Exploiting mechanics within the game.

    Why not put all weapon and armor ornaments ever released on the Eververse store permanently and put everything else in the loot pool? This would still bring in cash and put an extra 30+ items in the loot pool each season

    For those who weren't playing pre-Forsaken:

    Season 3's Vanguard, Crucible, and Faction Rally vendors had a system where picking up token engrams would level up your "rank" and reaching certain ranks would unlock certain weapons and cosmetics. For reaching Vanguard rank 50 you would unlock an exotic ship, and for resetting your Valor rank twice would earn an exotic Ghost. For Faction rallies, each faction had a different catalyst, as well as an exotic armor ornament.

    We should bring this back, but do it for all destinations. It would not only fix the Ingame loot vs Eververse problem a little bit, it would also give the world vendors a purpose outside of bounties and Flashpoints.

    Dear Bungie, give 140 HandCannons a 4m base range increase and 110 HandCannons a 8m base range increase.

    150s and 180s are in a fairly good spot and don't really need a change, but if 140s started touch 35m again and 110 started touching 40m again they would be used a lot more.

    Did you know that the valley behind the Osiris camp EDZ radio tower is a playable space? There's a whole lot of stuff all over that mission that you just zoop past or don't even visit. Most players have never seen half of the Leviathan or the Dreaming City. And let's not even talk about the Almighty. There is already so much stuff in this game- across all the planets and locations and raids- that could be used for missions and quests and secrets.

    One of the things I loved about Taken King was all of the quests that took us across the system. Old areas were re-contextualized. We delved into the Vault of Glass and Crota's throne-world. New content in reused areas is more interesting and engaging than reused content in a new area.

    Eriana's vow is bugged and only deals half damage to targets that are weakened by divinity

    I've noticed this before during gameplay and now during testing in the Tribute hall, Eriana deals roughly 12.6k damage to the ogre but with divinity also procced, Eriana only deals 6.6k damage. This means that shooting a divinity bubble actually gives you a damage penalty with this weapon.

    Eriana's vow is widely used in ordeal nightfalls etc. but this bug greatly hurts its damage potential and a fix would of course be appreciated.

    Why does your system actively keep putting me by myself in lobbies by myself when I can see others entering and rejoining the area to find better lobbies. Just actually put people in the same lobbys!

    A Shader Upgrade

    I know the functionality of shaders is definitely at the bottom of the priority list, but hear me out.

    The ability to ROTATE the shader.

    I love the ability to use different shaders on different armor, and the color combos can be absolutely stellar, but some shader I love colors that aren't highlighted and the combination with the other 3 colors would be great if the primary was changed.

    Example: Calus's Selected - I love the white and gold with purple accent, but I can only imagine the possibilities if I could make the purple the primary with gold and white accents.

    I know that's it's not a priority, but just think the possibilities are awesome.

    Seraph Tower is the new Escalation Protocol. Almost nobody joins in the events, and they become impossible to play, even when you have a maxed out light level. Plus, you get really shitty gear from completing them, if you're lucky enough to beat it.

    What if all the darkness does is bring back our memories?

    Hear me out might be a shit post but something got me thinking. The darkness brought the collapse but the traveler gave us the light. What if guardians played a role in the collapse but the traveler when it revived us erased that part of our memory? No guardian remembers who they were or what they did before the collapse except for exos. When the exos try to remember they go all crazy! What is hiding in our memories? There must be a reason why the traveler decided to start guardians off with no memories. The darkness at the end of shadowkeep said it was going to save us maybe it meant it was going to remind us of what we really are... Just a theory any thoughts?

    Please fix dead cliff pvp spawn locations.

    On the crucible map, the dead cliff, there is a area where behind point A, you can spawn trap the enemy team. Why is this? In all of the other maps, the game usually spawns you across the map form the enemy team, not into a small enclosed area with two exits that is great for the enemy team. It litterly shooting fish in a barrel. The only time that the spawn is broken is if one of the enemy teams members pushes Into the dead center of the area. Why is this a thing. Why does the game not see that, oh, the entire enemy team is outside these two doors and only shooting into this space, I better put the other guardians there, so they can fight.
