    If you're looking for the emblem: Go to Zavala. Right before you go onto the "bridge" he's standing on, to the left, a piece of debris hit the tower and it is destroyed. You should have a prompt ("use") to inspect the crash site, and will get the emblem. Zavala also has a small speech for you.

    My Opinion: Bungie actually dipping their toes in the water and starting to really try doing things is a great direction to take. What happened today, despite having flaws, was a good stepping stone and provides a learning experience. One can hope that this new "secret season" also does the same.

    With Bungie doing different things for once, I'm actually moderately excited to see what they're going to try to do with the next DLC. Even though I thought they could've done better with today (and there's ALWAYS room to improve), this direction they are taking has a good outlook so far, and even if the next season is total trash, the lessons provided to Bungie will be absolutely invaluable in the future.

    Tomorrow is the last day the Quarry lost sector will be available. This is needed for the 4th Horseman quest.

    As you can see it's Skydock IV today which is the rotation before Quarry https://www.todayindestiny.com/

    Catalyst is also tied to Legendary Lost Sectors, Seraph Tower Public events and Bunker clears.

    Bunker clears and Legendary Lost Sectors will be leaving on Tuesday.

    It's just like the solstice glows (which by the way I thought Bungie said they'd do something about that back in season 8). It feels shitty to actually buy a microtransaction, only for something to be revealed after the fact that would've stopped you from buying it if you knew at the time of purchasing.

    "Temporada das Aparições" in Portuguese, or "Temporada de los Visitantes" in spanish.

    It appeared as a notification when I went to orbit. I saw it in Portuguese and someone posted here the name in spanish.

    Edit: it appears to be "Season of the Arrival" in English.

    Howdy Guardians,

    We don't know yet exactly what will happen - but something is about to happen in-game, when this post is 50 minutes old (Daily Reset time). We charged Rapsutin with way too many, way too hard Public Events, now it's his turn to do something:

    Sister's Vengeance

    An Almighty Threat

    The Almighty hangs in the sky above the Last City, for now. Make your way to the Tower and await Rasputin's countermeasures.

    In-Game Popup

    Rasputin is at full power. Tomorrow at 10AM PT we take aim at the Almighty.

    @DestinyTheGame

    You will want to be in the Tower at daily reset (10am Pacific Time). Not sure what time zone you're in, so plan accordingly.

    @lars_bakken

    So head towards the Tower, and watch whatever happens!

    Today is the birthday of Skye Lewin, Bungie's composer and music director.

    Skye Lewin has been composing for Destiny since 2014 and has helped compose some of the most iconic pieces in the game, from Journey to Eyes Up and more. In fact, out of 258 pieces of Destiny music that Bungie has published, Skye has a composition credit for helping compose 204 of them. He is the lead credit on tracks such as The Vex, Ishtar Sink, Journey, Rise of Iron, Eyes Up, The World's Grave, Inner Light, The Last City, The Fanatic, The Man They Called Cayde, Last Stand, Siege Engine, The Sanctified Mind, and more.

    You might need to get a newer instance, but NPCs like Shaxx and Zavala, along with various workers, are all looking directly towards the Almighty now.

    So is "Don't Call Me Ghost", but Tyra's Ghost is straight up still alive at the Farm.

    We should NEVER have to go to social media to learn of an event happening in game.

    Even just and ingame countdown would suffice.

    But nothing? I mean maybe some other people are getting a pop up and my game is just bugging out? I hope so, I'd be incredibly upset if I missed the event because I didn't check bungies social media
