Posted: 06 May 2021 02:08 PM PDT Source: https://www.bungie.net/en/News/Article/50325 This week at Bungie, Season of the Splicer was revealed! If you're the type of player that wants to go into a fresh Season of Destiny content with no knowledge of what's to come, hopefully you've been living under a rock for the last two days. One of those old-fashioned rocks that don't have internet access. If you haven't seen the trailer or any news about our upcoming Season, this is your final SPOILER WARNING. Alright, still here? Cool. That means you've thrown caution to the wind and want to know more about the new Season before it's out. Before we go on, watch the trailer. Doesn't matter if you already have. Watch it again. We all need a little more neon in our lives. Vex? Endless night? Mithrax? Baby Eliksni? Yeah. This is going to be a wild Season. Things will kick off with a bang, followed by activities, rewards, and more. We shared the Vault of Glass launch date last week, and now you can see everything from Iron Banner to the new 6-player offensive: Override. Want a handful of stunning visuals to go along with your details? Don't miss out on the new Bungie.net Season of the Splicer page. Rewards PreviewLoot is the name of the game for many a Guardian, so let's get down to business. We'll be working with the Fallen this Season, and we've got new armor pieces to earn. If you've ever wanted to embrace the Splicer lifestyle, this Season will be your chance. Previously, you would earn this armor by leveling your Season Rank and unlocking new pieces on the Seasonal Track. Moving forward, Seasonal Armor will be earned from Seasonal activities. You'll also be able to guarantee pieces from these sets using Focused Umbral Engrams. Season Rank levels that once featured armor have been updated with packages of Glimmer, Legendary Shards, Upgrade Modules, Exotic Engrams, Enhancement Cores, and Enhancement Prisms. Universal Armor Ornaments will continue to be earned towards the end of the Season Pass. Now, let's talk tools of destruction. There's still gold to find in them Seasonal Rank hills. On the Seasonal Track, there will be three weapons to earn. Season Pass owners will unlock the new Exotic Sidearm on day-one of the Season as soon as they claim their first reward. Additionally, the new Shotgun and Heavy Machine Gun will be up for grabs as you level up. If you want a full loadout of this style, we've got you covered. New weapons will be available through Umbral Engrams and Override completions. Outside of Override, there's even more Legendary loot to claim. To start, you'll receive a new quest to earn the Null Composure Fusion Rifle. Once the weapon is unlocked, you can collect Gambit, Crucible, and Vanguard themed weapon ornaments to further customize your style. There are also weapons joining the current slate of post-game rewards for Gambit, Crucible, and Vanguard Strikes. In total, there will be 12 Legendary weapons to earn -- four per activity. For the endgame focused Guardians out there, three familiar weapons will be up for grabs. We have no doubt the Destiny 1 veterans among you will recall these legends in an instant. Like last Season, each weapon will be on a weekly rotation in Nightfall playlists. Upping the difficulty will give you a higher drop chance as you search for desired rolls. Starting June 22, Grandmaster Nightfalls will become available, introducing Adept versions of each weapon. Now, here's the part where we say, "and more." There are still more weapons left for you to discover as you play. Some of the best feelings in Destiny are those moments where you uncover a sweet weapon with the perfect perk combination. Want an Auto Rifle that gains extra damage after defeating an enemy with a grenade? How about a Sniper that's quick on the draw, but can also be rolled with Dragonfly? Every Season invites interesting choices and new playstyles. I'm personally amped for a new Pulse Rifle from the Seasonal offering that'll fire quick with just a little kick, so to speak. The team has cooked up some fun new perks this season too, so you'll have some opportunity to mix some flavors you know with fresh ingredients. We haven't even covered Artifact mods yet, which can turn some of these weapons up to 11. Five days, and the hunt for loot begins anew. See you soon. PatchworkEach Season brings opportunities to address longstanding feedback items, or even make some backend changes to prepare for bright futures. Destiny 2 Update 3.2.0 has quite a few bullets in the changelist, but we'd like to highlight a few things that we're pretty excited for! Let's dive in: Abilities, Aspects, and Fragments
Regarding future tuning plans, we also wanted to pull a word from Sandbox Discipline Lead Kevin Yanes:
Now, back to the patch notes preview! Nav Mode (Menu that appears when pulling out your Ghost)
UI
H.E.L.M.
Glory, Valor, and Infamy These changes are a precursor to some larger improvements planned for Season 15 (e.g., introducing Vanguard reputation, rebalancing Infamy to bring a reset in-line with Valor, and more). We'll have more information on those changes in a few months!
Eververse
General Things...
Patch notes are planned to drop, in full, around 10 AM PDT next Tuesday, right alongside the release of Season of the Splicer. Ah, and one more thing before we go. While the following won't happen in Update 3.2.0, we have some news concerning 2018 and 2019 Solstice of Heroes Armor Glows. In the April 22 TWAB article, it was stated that glows for these armor sets would not be supported by Armor Synthesis due to technical issues. Since the new 2020 ornament mechanics were well received, we were able to rework/rebuild how 2018 and 2019 glows worked to address the community's request. Our current plan is to make these glows into universal ornament sets like 2020 Solstice of Heroes Universal Armor Ornaments. This fix will have some limitations. These ornaments will not be updated to support Stasis, but will support Solar, Arc, or Void subclasses. In addition, the granted ornaments will be for the legendary armor set from each year only. Players who acquired any subclass type glow for that year/slot will receive the corresponding Legendary Universal Ornament for all three classes. We are hoping to have this fix deployed by Solstice of Heroes 2021, but we cannot yet guarantee the date. Stay tuned to future TWAB's for additional information. Prepare for DownloadThere's no such thing as a "final countdown" in a live-service environment. We've preformed this ritual many times before, but it's just as exciting today as it was back in 2014. Player Support knows the song, and it's almost time to dance. This is their report. SEASONAL TITLES AND BUNGIE REWARDS Season of the Chosen ends on May 11. View our Update 3.2.0 timeline below for what time it will end, and Season of the Splicer begins. Before the Season ends, players who earned the Chosen, Conqueror, and Flawless titles should claim and equip them to ensure that they don't get removed. Multiple Bungie Rewards should also be earned in-game before May 11 at 10 AM PDT, and claimed on the Bungie Rewards site by May 14, 2021, at 9:59 AM PDT:
SEASONAL CHALLENGES As we announced earlier, when Season of the Chosen ends and Season of the Splicer begins, Seasonal Challenges from Season of the Chosen will be retired. Any Seasonal Challenges that are required to upgrade the War Table in the H.E.L.M. will still be available to complete. SHADER UPKEEP Beginning in Season of the Splicer, we are overhauling our shader system and how shaders can be applied to armor. Due to the overhaul, shaders will become permanent unlocks, and all shaders in player inventories will be removed. We encourage everyone to dismantle their shaders before Season of the Splicer begins to receive Glimmer and Legendary Shards. UPDATE 3.2.0 AND MAINTENANCE TIMELINE Friday, May 7, Destiny 2 will undergo maintenance in preparation for Destiny 2 Update 3.2.0. Below is a timeline of events. Note, some times may be subject to change during this maintenance period:
Next Tuesday, May 11, maintenance for the deployment of Update 3.2.0 will begin. Below is a timeline of events:
Below are some issues that will be resolved with Update 3.2.0. A complete list will be shared when the update goes live.

Cheers to all the artists in the Destiny community. If you'd like your work to be featured, don't forget to include a #Destiny, #Destiny2, or even #SeasonoftheSplicer tag with your posts. We scroll through a lot of hashtags. Too many, some might say. We disagree. That's it! You've arrived at the end of the TWAB. A few thousand words of fun, but every show must come to an end. This week was a wonderful opportunity to show off some shiny new toys, but the real fun will kick off next Tuesday. The team will be watching as players embark on a new journey of discovery. While I said that earning new loot can be one of the best feelings in Destiny, I don't think there's anything more satisfying for us on the development side than seeing content finally get into your hands. New story, new lore, new loot, and hopefully some new friendships to make along the way. Thanks for stopping by. See you again soon. This time next week, I'll be wearing some fancy new clothes as I start to prep for Vault of Glass...

Treat Expansion Owners Better in Regards to the Eververse. Posted: 06 May 2021 07:53 AM PDT Currently microtransactions in this game are treating both expansion owners and f2p players the same way. Honestly there should be some system where buying an expansion gives some sort of benefits, even if its small. Something like 200 or more monthly silver would already do a lot of good. edit: I feel like some people missed my point. Destiny currently has monetization like your average f2p title, but on top of that we pay for expansions. I don't expect any of that to change, I'm merely suggesting that there is some return even if it's small. To think we deserve 0 silver for paying for expansions AND season passes is not respecting your own wallet. There are real f2p games that do this people. [link] [comments] |
Destiny Seasonal Pass, value/cost A little perspective. Posted: 06 May 2021 03:11 PM PDT I'm a financial analyst, I wasn't always, used to be an epidemiologist, before that I was a US army Medic but life changes, a lot sometimes. So I'd like to think I bring a semi unique perspective to Destiny. It's my opinion that the destiny seasonal pass is cheap, like stupid cheap. It's 15$ and it usually lasts about 3-4 months. In that time there is some kind of special mission (battlegrounds), new exotics (Dead Man's Tale), story elements, special side missions (presage), early access to some material (new strike), seasonal ornaments and the list really does go on and on. I'm a reasonably conservative player, I've hit season pass 150 ( see people in the 3-400s so I'm judging myself as conservative), and enjoyed most of the seasonal pass quite a lot. In total, I believe I've spent somewhere around 50 hours this season, and I know that many of you have spent significantly more than that. What that means though is that I paid about 30 cents an hour for the Season pass and related activities. That's crazy cheap for entertainment. For the many of you that crushed me and spent 100, 200, 300 hours this season, it pushes down your cost per hour significantly, (.15$, .075$, .05$). Or if you got the full season pass and paid 10$ per season (pretty sure it's 10 with the bundle). Destiny's seasonal pass model averages out to be about half the cost of netflix on a monthly basis. Most of us have netflix and probably something else like HBO or Hulu and yet we complain about the cost of Destiny but don't think twice about paying for tv. Destiny's seasonal pass is an incredible value if you like the game, and if you don't then there are lots of other games to find. Realistically I think Bungie should be looking to raise their pricing, it's a grossly undervalued product at the roughly 5$ a month. One thing to keep in mind is that if the season pass went up in price, then at least in theory, the volume of content in seasons should start going up too. I'd also note that per the FedReserve, inflation is definitely happening so expect pricing to go up if for no other reason than inflation. I know that there are a few of us who can't afford it, I understand poverty very well, at one point a spent a few weeks homeless living out of my car. I've had a few times in my life when I didn't eat because I couldn't afford it, and if you are in that spot I'm very sorry, I understand, and I'm sorry. Also though, you should have way bigger priorities in life than playing a video game or responding to a reddit post. Personally I'm expecting some downvotes, the idea that we should or likely will pay more in the future is never popular, but lets keep the comments civil shall we? Btw, I'm aware that the expansions add to the overall costs, i've done the math on them too, it doesn't change the numbers very much for most of us. Especially if you get the expansion/season bundle. Posted: 06 May 2021 03:57 PM PDT I almost wonder if Bungie has added some new VOG weapons to fill some of these slots that we don't even know about. Would be cool. [link] [comments] |
Bungie, thank you for the Trace Rifle mods Posted: 06 May 2021 07:00 PM PDT Us trace rifle enthusiasts appreciate it. Now if we can start expanding upon them by rolling out legendary trace rifles, that would be fantastic. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 06 May 2021 06:32 AM PDT During my recent prep for our Clan's return to Vault of Glass, I was searching for a map of the Gorgon Maze, and was surprised that the first result you find for 'Gorgon Maze Map' is from a Destiny Wiki, and is a well notated version of an incorrect map. After doing a small amount of research, I found the original post from u/Taux here: https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/2nj8fy/hd_gorgon_labyrinth_map_d/ Which contains various versions of this map, credits for sources, and comments from both Bungie and a user, u/Zikkah, who annotated the previous version (v1.3) with several important corrections. However, it turns out the original map creator lost the files for the map at some point, so it was stuck at v1.3, and the only more accurate version was this notated copy. In preparation for the return of Vault, and hopefully more teams attempting a Day 1/Week 1 clear, I have corrected u/Taux's original map with u/Zikkah's corrections: Vault of Glass - Gorgon's Maze HD Map - v1.4 This map assumes hard mode is the new default difficulty, and I will try and keep this map updated with any other potential changes Bungie have made to the encounter for D2, but for now this is the most accurate and up-to-date map we have. If any D1 vets and VoG experts have any further corrections, please let me know in the comments. [link] [comments] |

A reminder: Cryothesia 77K is NOT the coolest sidearm! Posted: 06 May 2021 10:38 PM PDT |
Posted: 06 May 2021 05:47 PM PDT Think about it. Your fireteam breaks through security. 6 people break through mall security in order to secure their desired product. Atraks is apart of the mall security, trying to stop you from pursuing Taniks. Security is trying to stop your group from breaking into the mall, while striking a deal with the scalper. Descent is your group breaking an escalator, and the "cores" (ryzen 5950 cpus) fall from your hands, and you try to secure them. Instead, Taniks swipes the cpus and the final encounter is your group outside, fighting inbetween a Home Depot (Orange), a Lowe's (Blue) and a Bed Bath & Beyond. (Spawn) Your fireteam/group proceeds to beat Taniks in order to retrieve your CPUs, on his body, you find the last PS5 and your CPUs [link] [comments] |
Polaris Lance should be capable of spawning warming cells, outside of wrath of Rasputin. Posted: 06 May 2021 10:21 AM PDT Title. It is similar in theme to the ikelos weapons, even one of it's ornaments looks like a ikelos weapon. Edit: just to clarify, you would still need to equip A warmind cell mod. Just like any other ikelos/seraph weapon. Edit: Spelling. I'm using mobile so it automatically autocorrects 'warmind' into warming. I'm sorry. [link] [comments] |
Bungie can you please put the crucible specific weapons into shaxx engram loot pool Posted: 06 May 2021 03:37 PM PDT With 2 guns this season and 4 next week, I'd like to have rank up engrams have a chance to drop these, not just the post game rewards. Thanks Sorry need to edit: 3 currently, 1 next season [link] [comments] |
Posted: 06 May 2021 09:56 AM PDT Basically the title. Graviton Lance has been my favorite weapon since it's introduction and it always bugged my when the Cosmology perk wont proc on some enemies. The gun really needs some love... [link] [comments] |

I'd take Destiny reverting F2P to have an overhaul in 'un-monetizable areas' of the game. Posted: 06 May 2021 03:39 AM PDT Do I need to say anymore? EDIT: Typo in title. F. Also Aztecross made a video about this that I would highly advise watching. It involves the PvP aspect of what I'm talking about. [link] [comments] |

If not at launch, Vex Mythoclast should have a catalyst drop from Master Difficulty Posted: 06 May 2021 04:13 PM PDT This would add a really easy and big drop to get from the master version of raids. I know older raids getting master difficulty is up for debate but IF they do older raid weapons could have them as well. I'm not sure what the catalyst could do, I mean these days it's a perk or something big added, but if it's OP then just give it deeper pockets or increased stats. Just give us more loot to chase down and give more exotics catalysts plzzzzzz [link] [comments] |
Grab all Season of the Hunt Season Pass loot before its disabled Posted: 06 May 2021 07:04 AM PDT Just a reminder that there's a function on Bungies site to grab any items from the Season Pass from last season you didn't claim on alt characters. Only items you've leveled to, but if you've been neglecting your alts (as I have) you can still grab things for them. Since they drop 'at-light' you'll be able to level them a bit too. All resources are once per account, but the armor and ornaments are once per character (at least if you have different class characters, not sure about the same class). You can access it here. Don't be like me and forget to get all the armor ornaments on your characters you haven't dusted off in a while, and miss out on those dope Season of Undying and Dawn ornaments. People last time asked if they should get the season pass to get the previous season loot, so to be clear, you can ONLY get loot you've already leveled to. If you didn't play that season, you won't be able to get any look from beyond the first rank. [link] [comments] |
Guide to Solo-Flawless Prophecy Using Quite Possibly the Worst Loadout Known to Man Posted: 06 May 2021 08:48 PM PDT Hello! In this guide, I'm going to go over how I got a solo flawless Prophecy run done with a loadout that is both easily attainable and effective. (Proof of Solo Flawless Dungeon: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/726478359650893934/840072302590296074/2021.05.06-22.11.png) Ground Rules: - No exotics (weapons and armor) were used - No ritual/pinnacle/pursuit weapons were used (Mountaintop, Wendigo, Edgewise, Adored, etc) - No weapons from non-matchmade playlists were used (I.e. raids, dungeons, GM nightfalls, Trials) - No charged with light or warmind cell mods were used - No artifact mods (I.E. Passive Guard) were used These rules were in place to ensure that the loadout I used would be easily replicated by anyone who had played at all this season, as well as to keep this guide relevant for seasons to come. The one exception I did grant myself was the use of high-stat roll armor, which I understand not everyone has access to. This run was done on a warlock General Armor Mods: - Stat mods (primarily recovery) - CONCUSSIVE DAMPENER (this will save your life trust me) - Scavenger. Finders and Reserves (the reserves can be swapped out for a resist mod) - Double Distribution for ability spam during both boss fights Phalanx Echo(Note: The tunnel encounter can be skipped using a top tree dawn warlock with a sword) Loadout: Well of Radiance (Middle Tree Solar) Extraordinary Rendition (Source: Battlegrounds) Truthteller (Preferably with blinding grenades) (Source: World Drop Pool) Falling Guillotine (Preferably with relentless strikes and whirlwind blade) (Source: World Drop Pool) Strategy: I like to start between the pillars where both the knight and psions spawn. Blinding the knight initially buys you a little bit of breathing room to take care of the psion spawns to your left. Clear all of the psions 1st as they can easily overwhelm you and end your run. Once they are all dead, kill the knights with your GL and smg (you'll want to save sword ammo for the boss). Don't be afraid to run into the middle to grab ammo or motes, as the phalanx doesn't have any high damage attacks and his shield boop can be countered with a single sword swing. Try to only dunk when there are two, or ideally one knight remaining. This will ensure that you don't die trying to cleanse a plate. If you can do the double cleanse, this helps significantly as it effectively cuts the time required for this fight in half. This technique is done by jumping high above both plates, keeping yourself about in the middle. However, the success of this trick is more dependent on height than horizontal distance, so if you have to maneuver a little bit to gain altitude, you should be ok. Once all four plates are cleansed, drop your well and go to town on the boss with your sword. This fight is often very close in terms of one phasing the boss, so if your well runs out and you aren't confident you can finish him within a few seconds, retreat back to cover and wait for the encounter to reset. If this happens, just make sure to clear out the taken goblins, as they can immune knights, which is incredibly bad. WastelandLoadout: Devour Nova (Bottom Tree Void) Biting Winds (Source: Europa quests and activities) Truthteller Seventh Seraph Saw (Source: World Drop Pool) Strategy: Honestly, there isn't much to say about this encounter, other than to take it slow and kill the hobgoblins on the pillars first. Only take out the blights after all of the adds are dead and make sure you let your health regen before running into the next blight. If your blight has the captains or centurions, blinding them is incredibly beneficial, as it stops the obnoxious ability spam and teleports for a couple of seconds. HexahedronLoadout: Devour Nova (Bottom Tree Void) Extraordinary Rendition Truthteller Corsair's Wrath (Source: Wrathborn Hunts and Crow rank-up packages) Strategy: In this encounter, I like to sit directly under one of the hobgoblins and kill the other, meaning that once all of the acolytes are dead, I only have one add up at a time that can hurt me. Try to avoid killings two knights or two hobgoblins within a short amount of time, as this can spawn two hobgoblins or knights respectively, with new angles for them to shoot you at. If you need ammo, farming the infinitely spawning acolytes is a good way to get some, as they spawn in small groups and are easily killed with a grenade launcher shot or two. I would recommend saving heavy ammo for long range targets like the knights or hobgoblins, as a GL is inconsistent at this range. Once you've cleared six wall plates, you'll be teleported into a room with two boss taken centurions. Melt one instantly with your nova and find a safe piece of cover to engage the second one. Thrall will spawn once one of the two bosses is dead, but they are easily killed and actually helpful as they keep your devour timer going. Once both are dead, proceed through the LSD tunnel into the Wasteland. Wasteland (Part 2)Just get on your sparrow and follow the boss lmao. Dead SeaLoadout: Top Tree Solar Long Shadow (Source: World Drop Pool) Imperial Needle (Source: Battlegrounds) Falling Guillotine Strategy: Unless you are absolutely confident in your sparrow handling abilities, do not use your sparrow. Walk down the road, sniping the vandals as you proceed for maximum safety. Once you arrive at the pyramid where the taken knight spawns up and to the right, head to his spawn point and enter the upstairs room. From there, take the platforms all the way down to the suck machine at the bottom of the road, sniping vandals and phalanx as you go. Kell EchoLoadout: Devour (Bottom Tree Void) Extraordinary Rendition (Swapping to Biting Winds for DPS phase) Truthteller Threaded Needle (Source: Battlegrounds) I won't lie to you, this is easily the toughest part of the dungeon, even with meta weapons. A four phase of this boss using the aforementioned loadout took me upwards of 25 minutes. I like to start the encounter and retreat to the back of the room, activating devour as I go. Blind the psions that spawn near you and kill them, then begin whittling down the other adds in the room, most of whom will come over the small hill in the center of the room, making them easier targets. Once all psions are dead, kill the knights. Make sure you are creating a mote color that matches one of the two dunk spots closest to the entrance, as dunking at the far pillar will leave you exposed. Once you dunk, go to the far right pillar of the cleansed plate and rift. Stunlock the ogre that spawns with your GL and then use this safe area to clear out any adds and the knights. Repeat this process for the other two plates. Once all 3 plates are cleansed and all 3 ogres killed, swap to a bow and head to the middle. I like to run immediately to the front right platform and throw my nova bomb, then start dps with my linear fusion and GL. Once the snipers spawn, kill them as fast as possible and go back to damaging the boss. Try to move behind him until he spawns the snipers at the exit platform, which are the last two snipers that will spawn. Kill these two and run ahead to the exit platform and stand near the back pillars. This provides a safe space for DPS. If done correctly, you should have 20-25 seconds of unhindered DPS time. When the boss leaves, wait for all of your abilities (and your super if you want) and jump back in the portal. Always try to kill the psions first in every room, as leaving them unchecked is a run killer. This fight is a mental grind, so be prepared to stay here awhile and don't let failure here discourage you. Keep practicing and eventually you'll get it. Thanks for reading! I appreciate it! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out and I will happily answer them. [link] [comments] |
Weapon Count for Season of the Splicer Posted: 06 May 2021 02:55 PM PDT Legendary weapons counted only. 1 Pursuit Weapon (Fusion Rifle, Null Composure.) 3 Reprised Class Swords (Throne Cleaver, Quickfang, and Eternity's Edge.) 6 Override weapons (Breech Loaded Grenade Launcher, Shotgun, Machine Gun, Sidearm, Pulse Rifle, and either a Scout or Auto Rifle.) 3 Playlist Weapons, 1 per playlist (A Vanguard GL, a Crucible Handcanon, and a Gambit SMG.) (NOTE: the wording states the following:
This will be taken to mean 1 addition per playlist unless there is any evidence to the contrary.) 3 Nightfall Weapons reissued from Destiny 1 +3 Adepts (Hung Jury Scout Rifle, PLUG ONE.1 Fusion Rifle, and Uzume RR4 Sniper Rifle.) 4 Iron Banner Weapons (2 reissued weapons, Finite Impactor Handcanon and the Occluded Finality Sniper Rifle. 2 new weapons, a Shotgun and a Machine Gun.) 9 Vault of Glass weapons, assuming all of them return (Fatebringer Handcanon, Atheon's Epilogue Auto Rifle, Corrective Measure Machine Gun, Found Verdict Shotgun, Hezen Vengeance Rocket Launcher, Praedyth's Revenge Sniper Rifle, Praedyth's Timepiece Pulse Rifle, Praetorian Foil Fusion Rifle, and the Vision of Confluence Scout Rifle.) For a sum total of 32 announced new and reprised legendary weapons, 12 new (assuming all playlist weapons are new), 3 Adepts, and 17 reprised, currently announced. Keep in mind, more year 1 weapons are likely to be reissued. More than Chosen's 31(10 reprises and 6 Adepts). The same as Beyond Light's 32 (2 reprised, 5 adepts). This is without a doubt, one of the most weapon packed seasons ever, tied with Beyond Light and Black Armory, not counting Forsaken. Black Armory has the most brand new weapons at 26 (assuming you consider the Prototypes new), Beyond Light at 25 and Splicer at 12. [link] [comments] |
Details from the Season of the Splicer Trailer/Season Page Posted: 06 May 2021 03:51 AM PDT Just figured I'd go through this, I'm sure there's a LOT of things people may have missed.(Apologize if this has already been done) Weapon-Related:
Stasis Aspects?:
Misc Details:
EDIT: For those curious with the "Over 30 new and reprised weapons", from confirmed and teased weapons we already know about-- 4 Iron banner Weapons Which totals to 28 weapons. I'd say we probably don't know about a few reprisals and maybe if we're lucky, playlist weapons. EDIT #2, FAQ(?) I guess
Those are pretty much all the details I could make out, other than some things gameplay related like Override having a 'deposit' mechanic ala Gambit/Contact and other stuff like that. [link] [comments] |
Should Bungie increase the season pass rewards past 100? Posted: 06 May 2021 04:40 PM PDT As someone who gets past rank 100 almost every season, i think Bungie should really increase the season pass to like 150-200+ just so there is more rewards to earn. Let me know what you guys think. [link] [comments] |
New Ritual Fusion Rifle is Void Posted: 06 May 2021 02:45 PM PDT On the Season of the Splicer Trailer at 1:48 you can see Void discharge from a fusion rifle, which in the latest TWAB, is revealed to be the new ritual weapon, called Null Composure. This confirms Null Composure will be a void fusion rifle. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 06 May 2021 06:35 PM PDT Title I mean seriously, we've got a scout rifle that generates sticky grenades, a sword that's literally a chainsaw, and innumerable weapons based on Rasputin. So it shocks me he didn't go the extra step and make the saltiest weapon to ever be conceived, a sniper that can be reconfigured into a shotgun on longpress. [link] [comments] |
