The main thing the Weekly Challenges has accomplished is making me not touch Gambit at all for months until all of the challenges are available Posted: 13 Jun 2021 01:11 PM PDT I feel like the structure of the challenges has caused the exact opposite of what Bungie intended. After last season where you could wind up accidentally finding yourself in a position where you have to play even more Gambit due to how the infamy rank up system works, and that's on top of having challenges contain tasks you for certain have already done, I've basically just decided to not play Gambit at all until all of the challenges are available. I played like three games the first week of the season and have no intention of going back until all of the challenges are available so I don't find myself having to re-do things. So Bungie has actually done the opposite of what I believe they wanted and now I'm playing even LESS of an activity since I'd at least potentially go for the pinnacle each week, but even that can result in making the infamy challenge even more difficult so it's not worth it. submitted by /u/TheLoneWolf527 [link] [comments]

Look, it's time for a better ornament for Dragon's Shadow Posted: 13 Jun 2021 06:03 PM PDT The exotic is top tier. It rivals Stompee's in terms of usage and in terms of competitiveness. My complaint is a common one, it's too damn ugly! It's a challenge for most to make it look good. If we could please have an ornament for it that's 1) fully shader-able 2) doesn't have an ugly ass lion in the middle 3) is capable of fitting aesthetics other than space ninja. Huge shout out to bungie for making the "freelance" Playlists Posted: 13 Jun 2021 02:38 PM PDT Just an appreciation post to bungie for having a Playlist of only solo-fireteams for iron banner. I remember back when iron banner came around and getting destroyed by full teams of 6. There are so many cool unobtainable guns in the game and it saddens me Posted: 13 Jun 2021 10:50 AM PDT Ive just looked through the collections tab/light.gg database and looked at all the guns in the game. I got the game when beyond light released and it feels like 80% of the guns in this game are no longer obtainable. Some of them look so cool, for example there is a year one iron banner AR called orimunds anvil. Its pretty much a destiny ak 47. That's one of so many cool guns id love to use, sadly it had been unobtainable since the dark ages. It would be pretty cool to give us some way to obtain guns like that.
