    This man is wearing no safety equipment! No goggles or welding mask, no gloves, no fire resistant clothing, and he's welding above him, causing sparks to fall directly down on him. OSHA would have our ass shut down if they saw this! Get this man a stool and some proper equipment!

    This wasn't a battle -- it was a curbstomp. Taniks wasn't much more than some dirt to clean up after the storm calmed down.

    Bungie , the rate in which we get new exotic catalysts seems slower than the rate we get new exotic weapons, and this is a problem

    Some exotics could really do with something that makes them worth using , but more importantly, I just want to flex the amount of kills on my weapons :(

    I've been recreating the new recipes from Dawning 2020. I present to you: Etheric Coldsnaps and Bittersweet Biscotti!

    So i've been making my way through the Destiny Cookbook and I felt inspired to recreate the 5 new recipes that we got for Dawning 2020.

    Bittersweet Biscotti
    When handing these to Crow, the text states that Crow can faintly smell chocolate and almond so I included dark chocolate and roasted almonds in the recipe. For some extra bittersweetness (and some ironic flair) I included some blood orange.

    Etheric Coldsnaps
    This was a little harder to crack! The game states that it's a frozen delicacy and I still wanted to include some baking element. I was eating some peppermint bark and realised that this could be perfect as a Dawning treat. So I came up with: Peppermint Snap Ice Cream Cookies! The cookies are made with cocoa, topped with white chocolate and crushed candy canes. Then they are sandwiched together with homemade vanilla ice cream.

    This has been a lot of fun! Next on the list is the blueberry crumbles for Shaw Han!

    Bungie, we need duplicate protection on shaders from EV engrams. The shader pool is massive and Bloody Tooth still eludes me.

    PLEASE MAKE MODS FARMABLE

    The drop rates on Warmind/ CWL mods is so bad it's not even funny. I would love for banshee to have a split between lesser/ powerful mods, lesser mods only costing mod components and powerful mods cost like 5-10 prisms and mod components or something along that line. I feel like it will help newer players that don't have the mods and really benefit endgame farming.

    DEVRIM SELLING MAX RECOVERY GLOVES FOR WARLOCK. GET IT NOW!

    Exactly what the title says. Warlock mains get and new light warlocks go to the edz and talk to the vendor in trossland called devrim if u have dusk light shards u should rank him up to rank 6 so u can buy the gloves. Its a god roll 30 stat roll glove which won't be sunset for the next 2 seasons! If u don't have dusk light shards go to spider and check if he is selling any. The roll doesn't reset till weekly reset so get urs now! Also u should get 3 of them so u can have one of each element (arc, solar, void) for mods and stuff.

    TLDR: GO TO DEVRIM ON UR WARLOCK AND GET GOD ROLL GLOVES.

    There is no point in not having this feature. You already can work around it by switching arms, but it is clunky.

    So please, let us disable the shield by holding class ability button, it would be a great quality of life change.

    Destiny is a one-of-a-kind game.

    D1 Vet here.

    I remember dropping Atheon after 7+ hours on a work night, to much shouting and adrenaline. I alone got the Mythoclast drop. Many were jealous. This was back when having a certain exotic weapon was truly an exclusive thing. You couldn't just buy them, you had to get sweaty, and pray that it dropped. RNG seemed much more unforgiving in those days.

    That Atheon moment though? That was the best gaming moment of my entire life, to this day. I felt like I was there. Like I did more than press buttons on a controller. We went in completely blind, and figured it out on our own. There were many "ok guys, this is my last run" moments from everyone, but we stuck it through. Wipe after wipe.

    Back then, us Warlocks could run Sunsinger, and laugh in the face of death. We were the team's extra life, so to speak. Those were good times. All of these memories are still with me, and I've started creating new ones with Destiny 2.

    What other game can you bake cookies as a community, spread holiday cheer, and then decide to go shoot some aliens in the face? What other game can you have a tower dance-off, with 4 Guardians on the turntables dropping a fresh beat? What other game can you kill a space dragon, then take a selfie with its corpse?

    We have something special here guys. I just wanted to throw out a reminder, that even though this game has its flaws, it's still the best at what it does. I can't even play other shooters because the gunplay and mechanics just feel mediocre in comparison. Running, sliding, gliding, throwing crazy powers at each other. It's just so much fun.

    I really hope that Lightfall isn't the end of the Destiny journey. I feel like this game is too good to end. Continue to improve it. Continue listening to the fans. Continue to innovate. The lore is plentiful, there are stories that could be told in the Destiny universe for the next decade at least. I know Bungie is working on a new IP under the codename "Matter", and said they plan to launch whatever that is by 2025. I hope Destiny can live alongside whatever they do next.

    The Story of the Christmas Sherpa

    Woke up feeling like giving back today on Destiny so I opened a group to sherpa 5 people who had no idea what they were doing through DSC today. Get in the group to find out two of the fireteam members are deaf and nobody would take the time to teach them how to run DSC, so I took the challenge and said we'd teach em!

    All went super smooth, they understood it faster than some 1260 lights I sherpa through DSC. In the end, everyone was super thankful I was teaching DSC and made sure everyone understood every role in every encounter and the deaf twins messaged me saying nobody would bother with them because they were deaf and they really wanted to learn DSC for a chance at eyes of tomorrow. They told me I was a part of making their Christmas better this year and after the dogshit year 2020 has been that made my day.

    Best part? One of the deaf twins got EoT! I've never been happier and more excited of sherpaing a group through a raid!

    Exodus Crash Grandmaster Walkthrough (In Depth) : Season of the Hunt

    This is not the only way to complete the grandmaster, but here's what I found to be simple for any fireteam. So let's start :) Full Vid Breakdown \ here

    Nightfall Ordeal - Exodus Crash Modifiers

    - Arach-No - When defeated, Fallen Vandals spawn a web mine under feet

    - Champions - Overload , This mode contains Overload Champions, which cannot be stopped without an Overload mod.

    - Champions - Barrier, This mode contains Barrier Champions, which cannot be stopped without an Anti-Barrier mod.

    - Chaff - Radar is disabled.

    - GrandMaster Modifiers - Contest, Join In Progress Disabled, Champions:Mob, Locked Loadout, Match Game, Extra Shields.

    - Match Game - Enemy shields are highly resistant to all unmatched elemental damage.

    - Equipment Locked - You will not be able to change your equipment after this activity starts.

    - Extinguish - If your fireteam falls in a Restricted Zone, everyone is returned to orbit.

    - Limited Revives - Limited fireteam revives, Gain additional revives by defeating Champions (20 Max).

    - Champions: MOB - This mode contains additional Champions.

    - Thaviks's Implant - Incoming Arc and Environmental damage increased.

    Suggestions for Team Synergies

    Team A: Main Goal, Orb chain for supers and resistance

     Titan Void (Code of the commander) + Ursa Furiosa (Exotic Gauntlets), High Intellect 100 if possible Warlock Solar (Attunement of Grace) + Phoenix Protocol (Exotic Chest Piece), High Intellect 100 if possible Warlock Solar (Attunement of Grace) + Phoenix Protocol (Exotic Chest Piece), High Intellect 100 if possible

    Team B: Same Goal as A

     Titan Void (Code of the commander) + Ursa Furiosa (Exotic Gauntlets), High Intellect 100 if possible Titan Void (Code of the commander) + Ursa Furiosa(Exotic Gauntlets) , High Intellect 100 if possible Warlock Solar (Attunement of Grace) + Phoenix Protocol(Exotic Chest Piece) , High Intellect 100 if possible

    Team C: It Might be a little tricky but if you have a great tether hunter, should be very doable

     Titan Void (Code of the commander) + Ursa Furiosa (Exotic Gauntlets) , High Intellect 100 if possible Warlock Solar (Attunement of Grace) + Phoenix Protocol (Exotic Chest Piece), High Intellect 100 if possible Hunter Void (Way of the Trapper) + Orpheus Rig (Exotic Boots), High Intellect 100 if possible

    Team D: Aggressive Titan Party

     Titan Void (Code of the commander) + Ursa Furiosa (Exotic Gauntlets), High Intellect 100 if possible Titan Void (Code of the commander) + Ursa Furiosa (Exotic Gauntlets), High Intellect 100 if possible Titan Void (Code of the commander) + Ursa Furiosa (Exotic Gauntlets), High Intellect 100 if possible

    Now, there are plenty of team synergies that can work, especially with players who are experienced, so it doesn't have to be any of these subclasses. Video Breakdown

    Suggestions on Weapons

    Exotic Weapons

    • Anarchy: would be top priority for this (simple; 2 shots on target, then switch). I have a guide if needed on how to properly use anarchy \ Anarchy Video
    • Xenophage: For long range and clearing out crowds of fallen vandals and dregs. (Only one recommended honestly) (2 Anarchy, 1 xeno is what I normally recommend)

    Legendary Weapons

    • I would highly have a synergy of someone covering each champion mod (2 on overload and 1 on Barrier), I would say there are more Overload than Barriers - 4 Barriers, 13 Overloads
    • Pulse rifles( Anti-Barrier Mod) Any slot
    • Scout Rifles (Overload Mod) Explosive Payload if possible
    • Sniper rifles ( Vorpal and Major Spec highly recommended)
    • Grenade Launchers (Blinding Grenades)

    Abilities and Mods

    • Solar Grenades (Thermal Overload)> Artifact Unlock + Surge Eater (recharges your grenade whenever you or a fireteam disrupts a champion
    • Spoils of War (Heavy ammo mod that spawns heavy for you and your fireteam by defeating a champion with a finisher) would be smart to use on titan or hunter, so warlocks can use the grenade combo
    • Arc Resist (chest Mod) X2
    • Concussive Dampener + Melee Resistance or Sniper Damage Resistance (if having issues with vandal snipers)
    • Warmind build breakdown of mods here or Charged with light build breakdown of mods here Possibly. I normally run a high energy fire build.
    • Dynamo if possible to squeeze into build (on helmets)

    Tips for strike

    First Area

    • Play distance, get rid of snipers before pushing forward, watch out for mines, they one shot sometimes on direct impact.
    • After First 5 Arc Pulses completed, take snipers out early if possible, there will be a Dreg on Pike aggressively coming at you, be ready to take out. Leave at least one Arc Pulse up, clear ads first, just like in the video, you can spawn trap the next set of ads in the front with Anarchy. Once Anarchy is placed, go through the last pulse.
    • Main priority is to take care of minor enemies (adds) before going after champions. With incoming arc damage being so lethal, you have to make sure minor enemies (adds)are taken care of. Once cleared, you can focus on champion as group (try to make this a habit for Grandmasters).

    Second Area

    • Make sure to get rid of tripmines on wall before moving forward Middle Room, As you enter , there are usually 3 Marauders charging you. If done quick, you can setup and take them up out. \ example

    Sequence of ads when you step on and off plate after scanning:

    10% ads start spawning

    • explosive shanks
    • 2 wretches
    • 2 dregs
    • 2 overload captains

    50%

    • 2 wretches
    • 2 dregs
    • explosive shanks
    • 2 barrier servitors (left and right)

    Note: While standing in well, you can damage the shanks attached to servitors after first servitor

    • ads
    • 3 overload captains

    60%

    • explosive shanks
    • 1 heavy shank
    • 1 overload captain
    • also about 10 vandals?

    80-100%

    • explosive shanks
    • 1 overload captain
    • 2 heavy shank
    • 10 vandals

    Note: if done quickly, you won't see the second phase of ads

    example

    Exodus Black Area:

    You have time to grab 5 more Arc pulses. If you die here, you can respawn. It will not show any of your points but you will lose one for each revival. Smart to have a Titan go grab them, since they can use their Ursas, and Xenophage one-shots the pikes.

    example

    Glade of Echoes Area:

    Normally, Go to the left to be safe and watch out for the Minotaur. Kill small Vex and Fallen snipers across if necessary. Titan can be aggressive with their super, or go to the entrance as if you are going into the strike. Have Titan block and work on tank together. \ example

    Once back in room before boss, use a Radiance Well by rock on the left in dark room. Clear minor enemies (adds) and then focus on Overload champion. Maybe try to get a Heavy Ammo finisher there. Play it safe if you do not have a lot of revives. example

    Go up the ramps, but be careful as there are wretches and mines. Once halfway, more wretches and 2 major Vandal snipers spawn in. Try to get rid of Vandals as quickly as possible since they can kill you in 1 shot due to arc burn.

    Now fall down to boss room. Position team on left side of room \ example , leave one Shank alive until all supers are ready, then start.

    Whole goal here is to chain supers and have cover/safety most of the fight, stick Anarchy shots on boss, then work on minor enemies (adds). If you need to, you can always leave an enemy up before the next wave, so you can build up super.

    Very IMPORTANT - LAST PHASE , MARAUDERS WILL DROP SPAMMING SHOTGUNS, HAVE TITAN SUPER READY TO BLOCK BECAUSE THAT CAN CAUSE WIPES. ONCE AGAIN PLEASE REFER TO VIDEO FOR VISUAL BREAKDOWN . LAST BUT NOT LEAST, HAVE FUN AND LET ME KNOW HOW IT GOES :)

    Crucible really needs a weapons only playlist

    Super over the ability spam that crucible is now just wanna enjoy the great weapon feels this game has.

    Edit. Kinda nuts how many people want this or rift back by the way rift yes please.

    Figured I would add something though. Yes I'd like this to be just a game mode and yes jumping should remain. It should be about mobility and aiming skills.
